Reviews for Auburn Scenic Manor

Beautiful but Expensive Community

Auburn Manor presents a stark contrast between its physical appearance and resident satisfaction. While the community is noted for its cleanliness and beauty, residents express serious frustration with high costs (over $1,800-$1,950 monthly for lot rent plus utilities) and management priorities. Recurring complaints center on water billing practices, lack of investment in community needs, and inflexible policies like restrictive guest parking that residents feel prioritize profit over livability.

My opinion on the trees, they hide too much, like thieves and vandalism.

Comes with 1400 lot rent and monthly water sewage garbage bill of $450-$550 a MONTH! It’s absolutely outrageous. The park has a major water leak they refuse to fix and are passing the waste onto the residents. Honestly if I could sell I would.

(Security, parking, upgrades etc). I see wasteful practices and or selfish acts from this company that also adds to my opinion. But this is Just my opinion based on what I see and hear from neighbors and of course my

It's a beautiful community. I had some questions about lot rent, and the office staff was very kind and lovely. It's one of the cleanest, if not the cleanest, mobile home park I've seen at Auburn.

The guest parking arrangements are inconcievable. I'm visiting a resident, I don't live here. Auburn Manor says I can't park in their "Guest" parking for a couple hours, because it's during business hours. (FYI it is a slow evening and all the "Guest" lots are empty). Auburn Manor also use cones to block the "Guest" lots during afterhours. Where do guests park if not their "Guest" parking spots? I feel disregarded by Auburn Manor. Poor guest experience. I hope they're more flexible around birthd
