I love living here! It's very convenient next to safeway, the freeway, the casino, 5 min from Walmart! My maintenance request are done in a timely manner, and the office staff is always welcoming and helpful. Such a cute, quaint community.

I would NOT recommend this building. Everything seems great in the beginning. And the building is so new that a lot of people have not had the move out experience. I was charged $4,899 dollars at move out and they kept my $1600 worth of deposits. I left the unit completely empty and very clean. Upon receiving my move out letter, it shows they charged $724.53 in painting costs and $437 worth of professional cleaning. So if you mount your tv’s and put up led lights expect to see those same charge
