Caring Staff, Administrative Fumbles

These reviews describe a primary care clinic (not a senior housing facility). Patients consistently praise responsive, caring staff and timely appointments, with several highlighting smooth transitions and long-term relationships with providers. However, administrative chaos appears in one account detailing repeated appointment errors, missing staff, and name mix-ups. One patient expresses distress over their longtime physician relocating.

We have always gotten great care with the clinic for 40 years. Dr. Berans is a wonderful PA. Hope we get great doctors at the clinic in the future. Need a few male doctors as well.

I just moved over from the east side of the state and Larissa Hurd and her support team on East Main have made my medical transition seamless. I’m grateful for all they’ve done to help me figure out what I’m doing within the Multicare program. I could not have picked a better group of people to work with. Thank you, everybody.!

My appointment started on time, actually a few minutes earlier. The MAs/techs were super friendly. Doctor got straight to it but was also friendly and got everything squared away for me and I got out of there in about 30 minutes.

Incompetence all around. Of the three appointments my partner has had, the first, they told him was a mistake and that he didn't have an appointment (but as we were driving away, they sent the "how was your visit" survey ), the second appointment, the imaging tech had vanished and couldn't be located (necessitating a rescheduling), and this third appointment, they kept calling him an entirely different name, not inspiring much confidence about how they are going to keep his records in order. I have gone and seen Dr. Talsma since the first year. He showed up in practiced in Auburn. I kind of had a feeling that I was really taking care of. Especially by someone that cared about me and my health. I was informed on this last visit that Dr. Talsma is moving out of state. I can't tell you how sad that makes me. The visit was good. I'm just super sad that Dr. Talsma is leaving. I don't know who I can. Go see now and now, I will have to again go through the waiting period.
