Reviews for Wesley Homes Lea Hill LLC
Exceptional Care, One Misstep
Wesley Homes receives overwhelmingly positive feedback from families and residents across its various care levels. Reviewers consistently praise the facility's cleanliness, modern appearance, excellent food quality, and caring staff, particularly in rehab and memory care. However, one family noted an unwelcoming tour guide who seemed dismissive of their father, suggesting potential inconsistency in initial engagement despite otherwise strong service delivery.
My parents lived at Wesley Homes for about 20 years, in various locations. First, in one of the duplex homes, then in an apartment in the main lodge, then finally, my mom (after my dad passed), moved into the Arbor, the memory care unit. All locations were excellent, with great service and a comfortable living place. Highly recommended!
I played the piano at this facility and everything is pleasant here. I am sure its very nice to live here.
We toured this facility during our search for an Assisted Living facility for our parents. This facility was extremely nice! The cleanliness was great. The facility itself was a five. The location of the facility was okay, I'd rate that at a three. The staff I would rate at a one. I don't think our tour guide wanted my parents there. She wasn't very welcoming towards my dad.
The physical appearance of Wesley Lea Hill in Auburn is very good. The grounds are 19 acres, this is one of the largest I've seen or heard about, and it's very impressive. Their plan was a very good layout, and they have all the comforts and amenities you want. The staffs who gave the tour are very courteous and tried to answer our questions. They're very nice. They do activities and they discussed that. They have a large variety of activities and hobbies, Bible studies, the oppor
My sister and brother-in-law are in Wesley Homes Lea Hill. The care is very good, but the facility is somewhat lacking. They don't keep it up well, and it needs more fresh paint. The staff is very caring and very professional. Overtime they had a number of different chefs that cooked for them, so the food varies quite a bit, but overall it's fair. The rooms are very well designed, and the layout is good in general, but not kept up quite as well as it might have been. They are also part
My mom stayed here for rehab for about a month for a broken foot. She loved them. Great food. Kind people. A huge room to her self. I would highly recommend them. Thank you Wesley for you great care for my mother.
I was a patient in the rehab portion of Wesley homes. I had a wonderful experience here. The staff is to caring and attentive. The food is great and the nurses were outstanding. Not to mention all of the amazing amenities available for the residents. If you're looking to retire or needs to find a place for your loves one. You won't find better than this place
My mother spent just over 7 weeks at Wesley Lea Hill nursing and rehabilitation facility after a fall and we could not have been happier. She has never liked health care providers but after settling in for a few days she really enjoyed herself and did not want to leave when it came time for her discharge. I was able to meet most, if not all, of her caregivers and was very impressed with each and every one I met. The facility itself is absolutely gorgeous, clean and modern. The food according to
Wesley Homes Lea Hill was a very classy place. It's a very nice, clean, and lovely place, very large and very well kept up, but it was too expensive for me. It just looked very nice to live in. They had trips and activities going on that would be quite nice to have. The food was excellent.
I visited Wesley Homes Lea Hill, but they were too expensive for me. They had everything there. The rooms that I saw were very nice.
Wesley Homes is more of a retirement home than assisted living. It was magnificent and nice. They had a swimming pool, and my mom’s bank is open once a week there. It was just a beautiful, gorgeous facility. The place was like a five-star resort. They have well-organized activities and management. It was everything anybody could want when you look at the facility and see how well it was being managed and how the people appeared interested.
Wesley Homes is quite elegant, and it’s a Methodist Church facility. You could have your own house, and my friend has an apartment that is part of the main building. There are two or three restaurants; it’s really quite posh. The dining room was like a high class restaurant, there were two dining rooms, and there was a sort of drop in restaurant where we had breakfast with many choices. It just seemed very nice, everyone was friendly and at ease. I think one of the wonderful things about a good
Wesley Homes is a beautiful new facility. There, the memory care unit was separated from the rest of the facility. If you live in the memory care facility, in order to go through the door into the other part of the facility, you have to have someone take you. I took a tour of the whole facility, and it's like being in a luxury hotel with swimming pools and every possible amenity you can imagine. It's beautifully decorated, but pretty expensive. It has snack bars all over the place that
