Beautiful Space, Troubled Management
Reviews reveal a facility with serious management and safety concerns despite positive notes about the physical space and some staff. Multiple reviewers highlight incompetent upper management, inadequate crisis response training, and staff turnover among counselors who seem disengaged. While the building is described as beautiful and homey, and nursing staff and dieticians receive praise, families should be aware of reported safety issues, inconsistent counseling quality, and management's failure to address resident and staff needs. The limited positive feedback focuses on aesthetics and select clinical staff rather than overall care quality.
Upper Management here is very concerning. They are here to help and serve their community, which includes the patients and staff, and yet are too incompetent to realize their needs and have neglected to keep this facility running safely and smoothly.

The building is beautiful, homey, and feels nothing like a medical facility. The nursing staff are amazing, every single one. The dietician saved my life hands down. The community amongst clients is very welcoming. Most of the counselors are on sporadic part time schedules which makes it hard to grant authority to, or trust with heavy emotional baggage, (especially when they’re reading word for word from the group curriculum book/worksheets, and don’t seem to know anything complex if asked for
I would not recommend this facility to anyone. I would give 0 stars if I could.
