Exceptional Crisis-Time Placement Support
Based on a single review from mid-pandemic 2020, this facility earned strong praise for exceptional responsiveness during crisis. A care advisor named Tibi successfully placed a memory care patient when other options failed during COVID restrictions, demonstrating persistence and problem-solving ability during an extremely challenging time. However, with only one review available, it's difficult to assess typical operations, quality of care, facility conditions, or staff performance beyond this isolated placement experience.
My husband was in the hospital when the Covid hit and they would not let him return to his Memory Care Facility. After an extra week in the hospital Tibi was suggested to me. He got to work right away and was the only care advisor that could find an Adult Family Home that was able to take my husband. I am forever grateful to Tibi for his caring and persistence when everyone else had given up.
