The building is Spacious and bright. Staff is caring and friendly.

There is nothing this community could improve on. Everything is great, and overall it is a great place. What I like the most about Evergreen Court is the staff, the food that is provided and the overall environment. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families.

All staff and mgmt extremely caring and thorough! Facility kept up very well, they respond quickly to any maintenance issues etc and rooms are very large since it's an older facility!! Meals/dining - need longer hours of service or food available if dining room closed

My mother has made Evergreen Court her home for the last 8 years. She has made tremendous friendships here, participated in the resident store, and enjoys the social community. I know her neighbors well and they alert me to issues and keep an eye on her as she is one of the older residents here and her abilities are declining. The Director is tremendous -- creating a caring environment, and he is effective and pragmatic in addressing challenges in staffing.

We picked it mainly due to interaction with management when reviewing several facilities and also based on its location. I would definitely recommend evergreen court, staff and management is excellent. It would be nice if the hours for meals were open more or could get food outside their posted hours.

Not only did she provide swift and accurate information on suitable addresses for my brother to visit, but we also found the most affordable and convenient location in downtown Bellevue. My parents lived at Everygreen Court for two years. Did not have much to complain, except resently the accounting department could not get their numbers straight and told us we owe them money, since last year January. This took place even after multiple times of visiting their community's manager. The manager states that we are all squared away with the account, but the accounting department does not agree with it and stated that we owe money. Wanted to speak with the accounting department a

Well everything needs improvement but it needs to start at the top and sadly there managers don't last long and are not paid very well. So ownership needs to decide if there trying to make a quality environment for the tenants or make $$$

My Mother-in-law lived here independently until her passing. She had a large 1-bdrm appt with a kitchen and it was bright and cheerful. She loved her apt. The staff was very friendly, caring and always available. I never met anyone at this retirement community that rubbed me the wrong way. Even the dining room staff was kind, p e reasonable and courteous. Many activities were available, they were even allowed to plant their own little gardens. I would highly recommend this facility.

In my experience, the staff at Evergreen Court has been professional and courteous. There is a large dining room with 3 meals served each day, free on-site laundry (several machines), a salon, library, and lots of room around the property indoors and out. A wonderful Community with caring staff and engaging residents!

I am doing fabulous and I am happy with the options for my meals and activities. Someone vacuums and wipes the bathroom and kitchen sinks. The floors get moped too. it is a relief to have that little extra help. They would change my bed sheets if I request it. I see staff who are warm caring, and delightful. It amazes me to see their patience with those who need extra help and patience.

We really like the property. It's really great for my Mom. You really like the layout because it's flat. It's very safe. It's an older property. They really fixed up very nicely. My mom is in assisted living. She now gets fed balanced meals, that taste very great; care quality is great. We did not enjoy the food here as much. The rooms were clean. The price is more affordable here.

NOTE: The online scheduling system for A Place for Mom doesn't appear to communicate with Evergreen Court's system so they didn't know I was coming! This places seems really great with nice grounds, an outdoor courtyard garden and lawns and the interior is designed with LOTS of natural light coming through. It feels intimate and friendly and has good amenities. My Mom doesn't qualify for independent living here due to her fixed income being a bit too high, despite her lack of assets. But it

I was quite interested in one of the units as it had great outdoor access and one had a great deal of closet storage. The director was extremely helpful and nice!! She did a great job of showing me the units.
