My grandfather was there less then a month before we knew we had to move him out. The staff was horrible and disrespectful and everyone tries to pass the buck on what needs to be done. The manager of the nursing staff is a bully. The food is terrible.

My mother has lived at Sagebrook 2 1/2 years. She has received safe, individualized care with lots of activities. The activity director has been outstanding to keep everyone engaged and to provide many compliments and praise to the residents. The administrative staff have kept us informed and provided several safe ways to stay in touch with our family members especially during Covid precautions. The facility is clean and food good. The facility is clean and nice. Although, my mother has not made it easy on them, the staff has been accommodating and friendly. They have worked hard to adjust and change to her needs in order to keep her as safe and comfortable as possible with her current decline. They have been good at responding to my questions and walking my sister and I through this transition.

My experience with Sagebrook has overall been very positive. From the beginning the staff have been very helpful, welcoming, professional and caring of both my father and our family. They have worked with my dad by helping him to adjust into his new studio home in memory care, which he now proudly calls home. We enjoyed our tour here when we were looking for a place for our mom. We untimely chose sage brook. We love Anna and all she does for our mom. The staff does a good job keeping the memory care residents active. Thanks for all you do.

Sagebrook appears much better than it really is. There are few activities, laundry is only every two weeks, there is ongoing staff turnover, and the food is only adequate, In the four months since I wrote my first review I can now report that there are improvements, the best being the the quality of the food. The meals taste much better and are generally well balanced and nutritious. If we hadn’t recently lost another activity director I would now give Sagebrook four stars because our rooms

My aunt was living on her own and was in a position where she needed additional care. The staff at Sagebrook helped us when we had no clue where to begin. They responded immediately providing us with options and helped us find the perfect apartment for our aunt. She’s loves her new apartment and when we visit, the staff calls us by name, it really feels just like a family. This is a wonderful place! The personal amount of care if they give cannot be better! The front office is excellent the nurse in charge is fantastic and every single one of the caregivers is prompt and professional.
