Reviews for The Bellettini

Welcoming Community, Premium Price

The Bellettini earns overwhelmingly positive feedback from residents and families who praise its warm, engaged staff, excellent food, vibrant social programming, and welcoming community atmosphere. Multiple recent reviews emphasize how quickly newcomers integrate and make friends, with staff knowing every resident by name. The main barrier cited is cost—several reviewers note the buy-in requirement and high price point, with one negative review criticizing the facility as catering only to wealthy residents and citing poor bedside manner from leadership.

t has only been three weeks since my 93 year young mom moved into the Bellettini. In this short time, my mother has met more people and gained new friends and experiences than she has had for the last several years of being on her own. The Bellettini has afforded her a new energy and a new independence. The staff has been gracious, accommodating, and outgoing to make her new residency a complete and positive experience. Knowing that from the moment she wakes in the morning, she can join friends

We recently moved my father into the Bellettini and are very happy with that decision. He is 94 years young and in great health, both mentally and physically. The Bellettini provides everything he needs including a wide variety of social programs, off-site activities, wonderful and delicious food options, companionship with fellow Bellettini residents and assistance with anything he might need from day to day. The facility is bright, clean and vibrant and the Bellettini staff are warm, caring

We recently moved my mother in to the Bellettini. She's an active and young 87 year old who wanted socialization. SHE FOUND IT AND MORE AT THE BELLETTINI! From the moment she moved in (her apartment is bright and lovely) she was welcomed by both the community and staff. She never dines alone (the food is delicious), enjoys participating in activities and is the first one downstairs to gather to cheer on the Seahawks!!! When mom was living alone naturally I was concerned for her safety and menta

My parents moved to the Bellettini about six months ago, and it has been great for them! The residents and staff are a fun, vibrant group and my parents enjoy meeting new people and making new friends. They go down for every meal, get the help on daily living tasks that they need, and enjoy the programming offered. We are grateful that they have moved to such a caring community.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with The Bellettini for many years as their holiday lighting vendor (we design and install their holiday lights through Clean425), and they are hands-down one of the best clients we’ve ever had. The team is professional, organized, and genuinely excited about creating a magical experience for their residents and guests. Every year we look forward to transforming their property—it’s clear how much pride they take in making the holidays special. Communication is al

My parents moved out of their home of 55 years into The Bellettini in late August. We did extensive touring and had discussions with a dozen people about their experiences. We absolutely made the right choice. The Bellettini is on its game! The staff knows every resident. Newcomers are warmly welcomed. Residents proactively reach out to new arrivals and offer connection. The programming is varied and of high quality. The answer to every question I’ve asked is “Yes”. Every staff member has been q

Love that rent is all inclusive with food and transportation. Lots of activities and active people

Great staff and very responsive to requests. They did a tenant survey and have been trying to address any issues. Overall a nice place.

I'm moving into the Bellettini. It was in the right location, in a city. I needed an urban setting. It seemed far above the others, although it was a lot more expensive. At the time that I signed up for it, the meal plan was better, but they've consequently changed their meal plan. It had air conditioning and it had a gas fireplace. The gas fireplace is what attracted me to it. Very efficient, very friendly staff, and they kept in contact with me at all times. I loved the food. They ha

The Bellettini is where you rent every month, and you can leave. There's no commitment. It felt like being in a hotel. They had a really nice lobby and music. I think several people who have gone there liked it. They have one fancy dining room that you have to sign up for if you want to eat there at night. Otherwise, they have a snack place where you can get casual meals. We only saw a one-bedroom place, which was very small. It was in the neighborhood. You could walk to the library or the

I am giving this input to the best of my knowledge based on feedback I've heard from my parents. I think the location is great, my parents have met a lot of friendly and interesting people. The staff is great. I know the place was still recovering from its pandemic protocols when they moved in last year. Fortunately, the activities and dining services are getting back to where they were before. One of the things my parents liked was the size and the regular kitchen which gives it a true apa

We went to The Bellettini. It feels like kind of a high-end hotel. It reminds me of when you go and you're checking into a high-end resort. I don't recall her name, but the staff is helpful in explaining to us the process and services available, different facilities, events, and things that are available to my mother at the location. We walked into two different restaurants. There's like a casual restaurant and then there's a fancy restaurant. We only walked through the resta

They have great food with outstanding menu, location is wonderful, the units are very spacious and open floor plans.

They lied to us saying they work with people who are hesitant in moving to a senior living. They can accommodate different levels of care. [name removed]the executive nurse needs to go back to school for bedside manners. She was over 1/2 hour late to our appointment and took 15 minutes to access the situation. Who does if you really care about people and their needs. I would not recommend this place unless you have money because they only care about wealthily people. They are snobs

The Bellettini is a great facility with great people, and a great location.

Our family had an in person tour and everybody we met with was great, gracious, and showed us around the entire facility. However we did not choose The Bellettini because you have to buy in completely, and we did not feel comfortable putting down a huge lump sum of money given our loved ones age.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a good experience the ladies who showed us around and spoke with our loved one were very lovely. However this community did not have the aging in place that we were looking for.

My parents are in The Bellettini. It's an excellent facility. It's a wonderful facility. They've been there for four years. Their dining facility is nice, and their staff is interested and caring. This year with COVID, they've had extremely limited exposure, so other than going crazy in their fully independent condos, all is well.

Robert LDecember 28, 2020

Right now there are not that many activities due to COVID, however they are trying their best. The most important thing is that they are keeping us safe. We would recommend this community to those who can afford it.

The feel of The Bellettini was very nice, but the units were just smaller than what I thought. I enjoyed the visit. The lady was very nice and very informative about everything. There were people everywhere. There were people in the lobby area playing mahjong, bridge, and cards, and there were people in the reading room. The food was nice.

I went here for a tour and this place was incredibly luxurious. It's definitely a higher-end version of senior housing, complete with valet parking, delicious food and even a full bar onsite. I was thoroughly impressed.

We saw The Bellettini. They were apartments basically. They were clean and spacious. The people were friendly and nice. The residents looked happy. It was very good.

They had a lot of things they did like take them to the opera and the Theater. Their dining room is open to the public, so you can't have birthdays or things there. This is good for those that have a life outside of the community. They have a car service that will take you and drop you off for shopping and such. They have enormous walk in closets, which my loved one loved.

The Bellettini offered more services than the place where my mom stayed. It was very nice and very high end. The outdoors was landscaped and spacious. I liked the individual care and the staff really catered to the residents; it was like they had a concierge. They offered food during the visit and it was great. I was not able to witness any activities but I looked at the calendar of the schedule of events.

Friends of SJuly 24, 2013

Under different supervision this place would be great. The food is fine BUT you have to train the wait staff and chef to prepare the food so that it is decent. My mother single handedly created several activities for the residents, and has had a few conversations with Kate who runs the place. Now that the facility is more or less full, Kate and her team are having trouble creating experiences that engage the residents. She doesn't really understand the needs of the elderly and quite frankly

A Place For Mom CustomerDecember 30, 2012

May be a buy in. Very new. Evasive about meal plan. Sounds like a Residence Hotel.

In my youth I found it very easy to move around the country. I loved doing so, and was saddened when I found that after my retirement I simply could not book flights or travel packages because of my distrust of computers. However, the travel agents provided with a person's stay at the Bellettini helped me regain my independence. My only complaint with the facility is the library, which does not have nearly enough books for people of my generation. I quite like the older stuff, thank you. Mo
