My mom lived here for about 5 months. We transitioned here from memory care in an assisted living facility. The care provided at the Promised Land was fantastic! Emily and Andrew are incredibly communicative and knowledgeable. They, along with the staff in the home are so kind and loving. I only wished we had moved my mom to this adult family home sooner. We had a wonderful experience here.
My mother received excellent care for the 2 years she lived at the Promised Land. Previously she was at another home that was passed from local ownership to corporate management which resulted in staff and cost cutting in the pursuit of maximum profit. The Promised Land is owned and operated by Emily and Andrew. They usually visit the home daily and are very involved with both operations and staff management. The Promised land has been such a blessing to our family. We have had our Mom there for a year and a half now. Andrew and Emily do such a great job running the home. They have great communication and a great staff! The facility is always clean and orderly. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for an adult family care facility for their loved one.
I wanted to express our heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care my mother-in-law received during her time at the Promise Land. After transferring from a local Senior Living facility following a fall and surgery at the age of 103, she spent about a year and a half there. From the very beginning, Emily, Andrew, and the entire staff went above and beyond to ensure her comfort and well-being. My mother is currently being cared for by the owners Emily, Andrew and the staff at the “The Promised Land” Adult Family Home. She has been there coming up on about a year and a half. I have the highest regard for all the people that work there. They are a happy staff, easy to work with, warm, kind, attentive, gentle and take care of all my mother’s needs.
