I had nothing but positive feelings about Riverside East. I toured for independent living, and it's a small complex. They mentioned they only have 50 people, which surprised me. I couldn't tell how big it was at first, but I was able to find parking underground or just under cover. It's a smaller community, and I like the location. Right now, it's in my top five. It's not in a hectic area, it's really close to shopping, and it's kind of right along what they ca

We felt Welcomed from the time we walked in the door. From Sabrina at the Reception desk to all the staff going about their business, very warm and inviting. Gia & Maria answered all of our questions and we never felt rushed or hurried. I am in AWE of the professional community here at Riverside. I absolutely appreciate the community meetings we have where our input is welcomed and heard. I LOVE my new HOME.

The perfect warm, friendly place for our mentally ill relative. Wonderful staff and engaging activities. Recommend checking Village Concepts Bothell out.

I am a resident and I love my Home. I called it my home because it is very family. The staff members are all professionals and give care and service. We have social activities and many celebrations. I really enjoy the residents and I enjoy the celebrations. It is my HOME and now a my other family. Thank You Village for your support of us aging seniors. You treat us with dignity.

Riverside East is a friendly, homey place to live. All the residents know each other and it feels like a big family. The staff is part of our family. They are warm, friendly and always helpful. I love it here.

Staff are wonderful and make you feel at home and cared for. There are always activities planned and have a large turn out of residents at each activity. Food is good and the place is odor free and clean. It would be nice if they would redecorate the interior, as it does not do Riverside East justice. It's a little out dated and as I look back, was almost why we didnt choose to move here, but happy we did!

I currently live in the Bothell building, I want to say if you are looking for a place for your family member, I'd kep looking. This facility rarely has any activities, most resident are bored and lonely. THey have such a high turnover of staff its seems like there is always a new face to learn. The manager does not know what he is doing and seems to have a rather short temper. He has no people skills outside of getting you to sgin on the dotted line. If I could move I would.

Riverside East was an older place for people who don't have any money at all. The parking is miserable. It's dark. It has its niche that it serves it very well, but it's not a place where most people would want to live. Residents do their own cooking. The one-bedroom is what I was looking at. The price included nothing. You have to pay for the heat and everything. It had electric baseboards, so your electric bill is going to be high.

The experience with Riverside was positive but we felt it was too far for visiting. I would recommend it to families in the Bothell area.

Riverside East was nice but busy, so one of my concerns is the medical service they can provide. One advantage is that they’re near the senior center. Bothell is growing like crazy and developing into a greater attraction, so they have a lot of cultural things as well as more restaurants. The staff was open, forthright, and friendly. They have the usual standard activities such as chess and checkers, card games, occasional lectures, and groups that get together for cocktail hour once or twice a

Riverside East was nice. It was smaller, and the rooms were smaller. Everything was smaller. They seemed to have a meeting room, they do have some transportation, and they seem to have basically the same amenities. Part of the problem was that it was a little darker. It was not as bright as the other places that we were looking at, and that was a concern to us. But other than that, the people seemed friendly. It was just a much smaller group of people. A nurse was available most of the time, so

I visited this facility on several occasions to see my God-Mother. She has been a resident here for three years now and I most recently visited her in July of 2012. I love this facility for many reasons. It is in great shape, it is well kept, and very homey feeling. The staff is kind and helpful and most of all they know what they are doing. As a visitor I have always had a great experience with the friendly staff and the clean facility. The food is great, the rooms are spacious and they have a

58 residents, smaller, more homey.

My Mom has been a resident of Riverside East for over 10 years. The care she has received in her one-bedroom apartment is the best, and the staff are all so loving in their interactions with her. When Mom 1st moved in, her primary need was for medication management. As her needs for care are changing due to the health issues with which she now struggles, Riverside's staff promptly addresses the issues involved, steps up the level of her care accordingly, and communicates directly and in
