Reviews for Vineyard Park at Bothell Landing

Exceptional Staff, Staffing Struggles

Families consistently praise Vineyard Park's leadership team, particularly Executive Director Michelle and Head of Nursing Clarence, for extraordinary personal care and round-the-clock dedication to residents. The facility excels in medication management, nutrition, and creating a genuine community atmosphere where staff know residents by name. However, one reviewer notes significant ongoing issues with management responsiveness, memory care staffing quality, transportation availability, and inconsistent dining service that requires constant follow-up.

Moving parents halfway across the state into assisted living is an emotional and logistical challenge. We feel incredibly lucky to have found Vineyard Park at Bothell Landing. From the start, the leadership team — Michelle, Clarence, Tom, Terri, and Laura — went above and beyond to navigate my parents' complex needs, including limited mobility, mid-stage Alzheimer’s, and their beloved small dog. I want to give a special mention to the Executive Director, Michelle. Her true care for the resident

I took a tour and the team is very engaged as well as the care staff. The rooms are bright and well designed! My client truly liked the idea of living here! Great activities as well as being close to the Northshore Senior Center! What a wonderful experience! Thank you

My mom went into Vineyard park in Aug 2024. It is a well kept - nicely appointed facility. Issues with the unit are handled well and timely with Tom the facilities manager. The executive director, Michelle, truly cares about the residents and their individual needs. The nurse, Clarence we consider family! He oversaw my mom after a hip break and getting her back into the facility. Nirali and the other med techs also communicate well esp given all the confusion surrounding unplanned overni

We have had the privilege of having my parents as residents at Vineyard Park Bothell. We've been so grateful to have them there. From the very beginning, they were made to feel at home, made many friends, and found a community that was interested in their well being. During the process of my father passing away, he was continually cared for with kindness, dignity and a level of care we could have never expected! The Executive Director, Michelle, and the Head of Nursing, Clarence, both showed up

We have had the privilege of having our parents as residents at Vineyard for the last 6 months. We have had nothing but an amazing experience at this assisted living. We have been met with kindness and professionalism at every turn. When my father was at the end of his life, he was cared for with dignity, compassion, respect and love. The staff embraced my father as their own, and made sure he was taken care of with every single decision that was needed to be made. They held us and cried with u
