It is my Pleasure to tell You my Life at my home at House ELITE in Des Moines. The Artwork is from my Grandfather "Hans Mueller Dachau" he was a very famous Artist in Bavaria, My Room at HOUSE ELITE is small but so very comfortable, our Staff is terrific Angel Ruthy our Nurse, or Caretaker Mathew and Irene all are beyond terrific and very efficient. The tasty Food, WOW Wee. I don't know we're to begin to tell the world how very happy I am, I take the liberty of speaking for my fellow House Guest
House of Elite has been a God-send for my mother, aged 102. The staff is knowledgeable, conscientious, and cheerful. The environment is clean, pleasant and attractive. Family is not only welcome but encouraged to visit. Many thanks to Jazmine and her capable staff. Mom is quite happy living with you.
Where do I begin? There aren’t enough words to express my gratitude to the staff at House of Elite for all that they do for my mother. From Jazmine, (owner) to CNAs Maxine, Flora and Stanley - a dream team full of patience and compassion. Their gentle spirit and dedication is truly remarkable and their ability to stay calm is both inspiring and reassuring. I can’t thank them enough for their unwavering support. Jasmine and the staff at House of Elites took very good care of my mother. They called me with concerns as she got closer to passing on. My mother was not an easy person to care for, but House of Elites performed every task with a warm caring smile and genuine regard and respect. o me Jasmine has a lot of experience and was a big help to me in understanding what to expect.
House of Elite is amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful. My family member was treated with respect and caring as her dementia advanced. With every stage they helped her keeping her feeling safe and understood even when she was having a hard time communicating. Her lack of communication skills worried me, I was relieved to have such a safe and caring space for her to be. They worked with us as we found ways to make her life happier and filled with friends again after loosing so much. Thank y
