Nicole and her staff are absolutely amazing. I have never met someone that genuinely cares about the wellbeing of others more than Nicole. From the very first conversation with Nicole she was helpful, kind and understanding of our family situation. The care and attention she gave my grandma was unmatched, she cared for her like she would her own family. Not only is Nicole one of the most caring and kind hearted people, her staff is also welcoming and caring. I cannot recommend Lakeside Manor eno
I can not say how genuinely nice and helpful Dawn is! She didn't have an opening with her but she directed me in the direction of a few good homes in the area. It is not an easy process to find someone who you feel you can trust with your loved ones after talking with her I feel much better! You are an angel Dawn!!! She had me call and check them and asked me to call her back and tell her how it went. That shows how much you truly care about your job and the health of others you're amazing!!! Th
