I can’t say enough good things!! The staff here is AMAZING! All interactions have been so kind and loving. I feel so safe knowing my loved one is surrounded by people who have gone above and beyond to create a culture of importance, and belonging for their residents!

My company just finished up a remodel project at White River Memory Care and the experience working with the staff there was so enjoyable I wanted to write them a review. Every interaction with the staff was great, they are very pleasant to work with, they are all very happy. You can tell that they care about the work they do and that they enjoy working there, which says a lot about the facility as a whole. I recently visited White River Memory Care and I was shocked by how open and welcoming a memory care can be. I went in the middle of the day on a weekday and seeing all of the residents and staff alike enjoying treats in the sun with some good music brought a smile to my face. They seem to have a full calendar with many activities to enjoy. The staff were all very welcoming and attentive to the residents and their families. White river memory care is an excellent home for our friend with Alzheimers. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are always welcoming. Many activities engage the residents. On nice days, they open the door to the fenced backyard. Residents can walk along a little path or sit and watch the birds and flowers.

We toured White River Memory Care, and their manager greeted us. She was very nice, explained their process and billing package, went through my dad's health condition, and put him in the categories they needed to determine the level of care. We walked through the facility. It was nice and well-lit. All the employees appeared to know each of the clients at a personal level. They were eating at the time, and the food looked fine. They have a fenced outdoor area and a garden to walk around.

The food 7 days a week is horrible. I go to visit a family member in the morning. Can't find 1 staff member. They are getting residents out of bed and they are soaked from head to toe in urine and feces. The person in charge of handing out meds is late and had to be woken up from home to come out and pass medications to residents. The new nurse, [name removed], can not be reached by phone. Please don't put anyone you care about here.

The friendliness of the staff gets a 5+. Mom was at Expressions for about a year, overall the experience was very good but I cannot say enough about the staff that cared for her. They want above and beyond all expectations', I miss them all and would absolutely recommend them to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

It was a good experience. I wish there had been more activities for my dad, but he also wasn't able to do a whole lot so it was okay. The staff that worked closely with the residents were fantastic!

It has a very pleasant atmosphere and it is a very welcoming community. We met some of the residents and some of the employees, and everyone was friendly and cheerful. We were interested in the memory care. It's going to be full service. It's everything that a person would need in that situation. There was a nice outdoor area that the residents could use. If we could give the 1 ratings a 0 we would. Why 0? Because 1 is too kind. They took [amount removed]. of dad's money who was only there 18 days. He contracted covid while there and then they put him in the psych ward. He died 6 weeks later. Not a good experience at all. It really came down to their total lack of communication. I hope they changed director and the head nurse. Otherwise, the rest of the staff were kind and it was very clean.

We have only seen some coloring pages for the residents to participate in for activities. The aides are good and friendly. The new administrative director isn't willing to listen fully to the family's concerns. They are in a transition phase. I would make sure you do and in-depth tour, and make sure they are showing you what they are telling you on the tour. The memory care is great for individuals without behavioral issues, if there are any type of aggression issues with the residents, they do not deal with that well. I would definitely recommend for memory care individuals who do not have those aggression problems.

Very clean and smelled great. Food looked good and staff seemed to be very caring and kind.

I toured here when looking. I really liked Expressions at Enumclaw. They were even going to be less expensive. However, they had a lot of women here, and I wanted dad to have some guys to socialize with.

We liked them when we toured. They were very comparable to the place we chose. The main reason we chose the other dedicated memory care community was that it was closer to where we lived. This was definitely in the running though. A very nice place.

Wonderful place. Very clean. built for memory cases - ie. black toilet seats. would be wonderful for anyone. Logically, for the cost, Dad would share a room or a bathroom with another person.
