Unprofessional and Dissatisfactory ! Employee’s want to get pay to do nothin. These Employee’s are the most lazy people I have seen. Most Can’t speak English not good with directions finding where your place of residence is at and show up late. Supervisors are not qualified either. Supervisors let Employee’s do anything they want to do. My husband David Hendricks Caregiver , Veronica Ndungu is the best caregiver we have had. My husband lost his leg 2 years ago. She has been his cheerleader and support system for over a year She takes him to Physical Therapy and his Doctors appointments. She takes care of his personal hygiene. She cooks his meals. Absolutely the WORST! Unable to staff and they are not even trying! The care providers they end up sending require significant training. I would not recommend.
Fly-by-night outfit. Sent caregiver without calling. When questioned about it, they claimed my voicemail box was full. Run, don't walk, from this place. The staff could care less and don't communicate with you.
