Thu-Diem Le was absolutely amazing, she was super helpful and got me all set up in no time!! not to mention she’s extremely easy and fun to talk to! she made this a quick, easy and fun process!!
I went in worried about how difficult navigating the web site would be and how to clock in and out for my work shifts. But within 15 minutes my concerns were squashed and I understood what was required of me and how to do it. A HUGE SHOUT OUT to Thu-Diem Le for making things so simple. This was a great way for me to start the new year. If everything else goes this well in the new year, 2026 will be terrific.
Just completed the 76 hours of training for certification in Washington State for Home Health Care. The classes were excellent because the instructor, Melissa was excellent. Melissa's teaching style would adjust for each student and she was always sensitive to individual needs. We all learned a huge amount of information in a short period but because of her teaching style, excellent presentations and continual guidance I actually retained much more than I expected! She also stayed on the line to make sure everything was done and processed properly before letting me return to my day. So helpful lots of stress that was there is now gone.
