Nice Units, Dysfunctional Management
Reviews reveal severe management dysfunction at this affordable housing complex. The management so unprofessional I was move out 8 months ago but still I don’t receive my $500 security deposit this shows unprofessional Management when I went to the leasing office nobody take responsibilities to process the chick they say we are a new company I don’t no they are fool your working under the one company that’s your jobs doing your job don’t think everybody is silly
⭐☆☆☆☆ Honestly, do not rent here. The leasing office is a joke. Our toilet didn’t flush properly — the water just stayed there — and when I reported it, they said someone would come in two days. Two days later… nothing. I went back again, and they told me they’d put a paper on the wall for maintenance. Still no one came. It’s ridiculous. This new building stays filthy. It's only been cleaned twice since the building opened up. The elevators are so disgusting and you don't even want to stand in there with your shoes. On the trash rooms are always full. I tried to empty my trash today. And I couldn't even open up the door that's how much trash was in there to even get to the trash. Chute, it's a disgusting place. The apartments are nice even though everything has a but because here the cars go by at full speed knowing that sometimes we walk to throw out the trash and the children go by on bicycles, there are other tenants who are here that do not care to open the garbage can when it is closed and they leave the garbage outside these apartments need more garbage cans because it accumulates too much in some.
