Improving but Deeply Troubled
Reviews reveal a poorly maintained apartment complex with significant safety and cleanliness issues, though recent management under Amber has shown improvement. Long-term residents note reduced noise and faster maintenance response in recent years, but serious concerns remain about unit cleanliness at move-in (trash, pest infestations, mouse traps), inconsiderate neighbors, frequent police presence, consistently closed pool, and overflowing trash areas. Maintenance historically has been extremely slow (6 months for repairs) though some recent work has been prompt and professional.
