Reviews for House of Epiphany
Church, Not Senior Housing
The reviews provided are not for a senior housing facility. Instead, they describe a church offering worship services, a summer school program, and community events. Families seeking senior housing information should verify they are evaluating the correct location, as these reviews focus on religious services, weddings, and children's programs rather than elder care, assisted living, or memory care services.
Met some genuine people ✨️
Great summer school program for all ages of kids. You don't need to be a church member to send your child to the summer school program.
I was married here on March 29th 1980 to my dear wife Ruth of 40 years. She passed in 2020. I just learned that Laura C. Fraser who presided over our union has passed too. The church and grounds are very special to me as I grew up in Madison Park.
Every week is thoughtfully planned and the sermons always leave you wanting to hear more. More importantly, they always leave you wanted to DO more. Both Reverend Doyt and Ruth Ann are incredibly welcoming and though provoking. It is a genuine pleasure to spend an hour on Sunday with them. The community is more inclusive than any community I have been a part of - ever. Their deep understanding of our faith and their desire to teach others is amazing. It is a wonderful place open to everyon
Lovely and intimate worship space. This sanctuary is a text book example of good taste and refinement. The service is rigid, but does include a warm embrace moment for children. The weekday silent meditation in the old chapel and on Sunday mornings is profound and modern. Music and other rites of this community are due for an update. A fun cultural experience for the curious.
