Lake meridian adult family home is a very beautiful home a lovely family. They have full medical coverage 24-hour care and great food I just got here on Friday June 13, 2025. I definitely feel very accepted here and loved here. There is always a nurse and CNA always available that live here.

Five Star Living at Lake Meridian is a true gem. My mother has been a resident for over 3 years. The personal care she has received far surpasses any traditional nursing home.
