Reviews for Meadowgreen AFH
Caring Hands, Conflicting First Impressions
Reviews are sharply divided. Two family members praise Meadowgreen for exceptional, loving care with homemade meals, kind staff, and excellent communication during their loved ones' lengthy stays. However, one potential customer reported a hostile phone interaction, describing rudeness and poor communication when inquiring about services. With limited reviews, it's unclear whether the negative experience reflects overall operations or an isolated incident.
My sister has been living at Meadowgreen AFH for 5-1/2 years. She gets the best care I could ever ask for. My sister had been at other facilities and they did not compare. The food is made from scratch by Pam, the owner. Pam is a caring and loving care provider. She hires only the kindest staff members. I would recommend Pam and her staff to anyone.
My mom lived here for almost a year, and the care she received was exceptional. The staff were genuinely kind and always took the time to make her feel comfortable and respected. The home was clean and peaceful, and communication with our family was excellent. I’m grateful she spent her final months in such a caring place.
I called here to find out some prices for my grandpa, and the woman who picked up the phone was incredibly angry and rude to me. I asked her the standard questions that anybody would want to know before placing family in a home, and she kept getting mad at me for asking questions, even though she couldn't speak English well enough to respond properly. She also asked me how much my grandpa could afford to pay, and and so obviously wanted to know how much she can get away with taking from him.. Sh
