Since the change in management, Alliance has been run like a big corporation where employees might as well be nothing more than serfs, to be disposed of without notice or reviews for possible employee areas of improvement. This goes doubly if you happen to be older. You are dropped without notice and that's it. They are not to be trusted for more than a short contract, not as a regular employer.
Jonah came and worked with my mom after a short hospital stay and he was awesome! Kind and patient and encouraging which was just what she needed
