The two negative reviews seem suspicious to me. I deliver medical supplies to many adult family homes in the greater Seattle area and have had Estera's New Hope on my route for over five years. At least once per month I visit Estera's, and I consider it to be one of the top houses on my route in all respects. The house itself is spacious, classy, and always immaculately clean.
