Unreliable Care, Poor Communication
This home health agency shows severe operational failures across scheduling, communication, and basic care delivery. Multiple families report unfulfilled promises, unreturned calls, therapists disappearing mid-treatment, and unprofessional staff arriving unprepared. While one patient praised their physical therapist's skill and punctuality, the overwhelming pattern reveals systematic communication breakdowns, missed appointments, and inadequate follow-through that left vulnerable patients without promised care.
Kristine pushed my husband to slide board to the commode, which he told her he was too tired to do, and he had a BM in the process. I came home to poop smeared all over the commode, a chunk in the commode bowl and smeared poop on him. She did not even call to tell me, just left. Don't use this company! Zero stars
Good but not great. It started out pretty good. They contacted us almost as soon as my mom was home from the hospital and they checked in two weeks after she started her OT, PT and ST. It was all downhill from there. Scheduling was hard. Some of the therapists were rude. I would call and calls would go unreturned. They seemed in a big rush to discharge her. I believe one of her therapists even ghosted her. Telling her they were going on vacation and as ub would care for her the following week. T
I had physical therapy after a right hip replacement. The exercises were great & helped with mobility. My therapist was kind, patient & always punctual. I highly recommended their therapy service.

I had 3 people say they put in a bath order for my father before he left the hospital Tuesday, they're just calling today to get that scheduled because the nurse said they had no recordof a bath order... both his Dr, the hospital social worker and myself asked for it and nothing... so glad we cho
I had a kidney removed at Highline Hospital which is a difficult operation for a 96 year old male patient. I was referred by my Dr. to Evergreen Health Home Care upon discharge from Hospital. That was on January 22, 2020. Approx. Jan. 25th a Nurse from Evergreen called on me and I signed some papers for their help and care. This is now February 2, 2020 and I never have heard from Evergreen Health Home Care. I really needed some assistance and no one contacted and it has been 11 days since my
