I had an opportunity to meet with the leadership team of Cogir, Kirkland. They are very caring, authentic and amazed by the attitude to go above and beyond to take of their clients and serve the community. I couldn't agree more with Mina when she emphasized that personality and attitude are the top traits and the rest are all trainable.

We had a tour of the facility and found it to be very informative. The staff was attentive as was Donna, our host. She walked us through the options. We have visited several facilities and this one stands out amongst them.

This is the best please I could ever dream of leaving my parents. The activities are so fun and fullfiing. The food is amazing. I couldn’t be happier. I feel safe and content in my heart that I can leave my parents there and breathe easy and have peace of mind. The executive director gave me her direct cell. She is warm and I know she cares deeply.

Our Ballet school recently had the opportunity to perform for the residents of Cogir of Kirkland and the experience was incredibly positive. The staff was friendly, courteous, and effective, and the facility was gorgeous. The residents were a wonderful audience and their joy and genuine appreciation made our dancers incredibly happy.

Close to the water with beautiful views, fresh and welcoming inside good-sized rooms, and it truly feels like a warm home instead of anywhere institutional. I sing and play guitar regularly at Cogir Of Kirkland, and I always feel welcome and appreciated by the staff and residents. The place is very cozy and peaceful, and I feel like I am among a large group of friends. It's the kind of place I hope to live in one day when I retire and want my life to be a bit easier : )

Great afternoon at Cogir of Kirkland. Honored to be their first visiting author for their new book club. Had over a dozen folks read my novel TANGLES and we had a robust discussion with lots of insightful questions from the residents. We recently toured Cogir of Kirkland, WA, for a two-week respite stay for my husband. We could see they were expecting us when we arrived because our names were on a placard at the front desk. Where should I start? I have been here for 5 weeks I have nothing but good things to say about living here. I have met many new friends and the food here is magnificent. A person couldn’t live in a better place after leaving home. It’s extremely clean and very comfortable. Help is available whenever I might need it. The service is exactly is exactly what I was looking for. Sometimes it’s more than I expected of any facility I have lived at before. Nothing compares.

The value for cost gets a 4 as we are still assessing this. What we like about the community so for is that it is clean, has good food, and the most important is that it is safe for my mom. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

Cleanliness of the facility - mostly a 5, a few times in the beginning my moms room wasn't being cleaned and the hired a new maintenance/house keeping. Then it was cleaned regularly. everyone truly cared about my mom. When my mom was dying, they took care of me as well. enrichment was interrupted a lot when people left for other opportunities.

Staff at all levels were helpful and caring and went beyond expectations. My mother arrived while in hospice and the Cogir staff were the ones who were most helpful to my mother and our family. The Kirkland location was great except the walking route to nearby parks and services is challenging for those with mobility issues.

Cogir of Kirkland only has assisted living, they don't have memory care. It's a lovely place. They showed me a studio apartment that was quite lovely. The place itself was very nice and the staff was nice, but they couldn't provide what my husband needs. My mom is now in Cogir of Kirkland. What I like about them is that it's a smaller community, and the layout is very simple. It's in the shape of a boomerang, so everything that's community-based is in the center. So it's easier for my mom to navigate, and everything is within her ability to get to. The staff here is so nice and welcoming. The apartments are on the smaller side but the amenities more than make up for it. My mom loves the sky lounge patio with water views. The property is beautiful and the perfect size for her.

We had a heartwarming and genuine tour of the facility in Kirkland by Janet Sederquist. She really made us feel at home and revealed a wonderful experience for any senior who chose to live there. While we were touring the grounds for my 95 year old mother, I realized that I was old enough to stay there and started envisioning my stay there. It all started with Janet. Well done!

We moved my 91 year old father here the day Cogir opened. He left his home of 40 years so it was a big change but he loves his new home and is adjusting well! The staff is always professional, kind and warm and friendly. The meals are outstanding and he’s very much enjoying the dining room environment. We reserved a room as a Platinum client and put down a deposit. They basically reneged on the deal they were offering in that the contract they gave us to sign had increased amounts charged per level after stating one thing. Not to mention we wasted months waiting for false promises on their opening date. This was a waste of our time and we are extremely disappointed.
