When my dad needed nursing care we were overwhelmed and unsure of where to look. The hospital guided us and we met with Susan to see if he would be a good fit for her care. Susan and her team did a great job! Susan calmed my fears, was available whenever I needed help or had questions. The staff were always accommodating and kind during my visits. They celebrated holidays and his birthday, let me send gifts and cakes and shared photos of him in daily life. He sadly passed, and I miss my regular
