Reviews for The Meridian at Stone Creek
Beautiful Facility, Inconsistent Operations
Meridian at Stone Creek offers caring staff and a beautiful facility with spacious apartments, but families should know the community has experienced significant operational challenges. Between 2023-2025, multiple reviews cite heavy staff turnover affecting cleanliness, food quality, communication, and consistency of care. Earlier reviews (2020-2022) and some recent ones praise the warm staff, engaging activities, and attentive service, while several 2024-2025 reviews report maintenance issues, inadequate staffing ratios in memory care, and unresponsive administration. Independent living cottages receive mixed feedback on upkeep and isolation.
Meridian at Stone Creek was very beautiful, but it just didn't fit us. They did have the independent cottages, and I like that. The grounds were beautiful, and the people were great. What I liked least was the food. The clientele there also just seems much older to me. Other than that, we looked at their independent living, and it was very nice. The tour guide also said that the independent living have their own activities and the people there drive cars and do things differently than the p
Mom can't see very well and will skip activities that are available. [name removed], the activities coordinator, will personally come get her to encourage participating, and Mom always has a great time. The nurses will call me personally to verify and expedite medications changes
Meridian at Stone Creek was fairly new. Everything was nice, as far as the public areas. The rooms were very nice and put together, from the dining room to their main areas. It seemed like something that my parents would be happy with. The staff during the tour was very nice. Shawnee was very forthcoming about what charges could be happening. They just gave me kind of a guesstimate until they actually get an assessment of my dad to know exactly what care he needs, just going through things, how
Facility is beautiful &[Name Removed], our guide delightful. Too far from Puyallup for my mom—rather isolated.
Well they've had a lot of turn over lately, and just did a bunch of changes to their building. The building is beautiful, and they seem to care about their residents. My mom's very happy there.
They were really, really nice at Meridian at Stone Creek. We have two cats, and one of the criteria was that we were able to put a catio by one of the windows. They have my very favorite apartment. It was on the second floor. One of the executives from California came in, and the sales representative said, "We had these people really interested in this two-bedroom apartment, and they turned it down because of not being able to have a catio," and the man said, "We'll fix that.
My Father passed away after living at Stone Creek for only 7 weeks...when I cleaned out his apartment and vacated two days after he passed away...they told me I would get a refund for 1/2 the month, when I received a bill for the amount that the refund should have been they told me i owed the money because he moved out early! He did NOT move out, he passed away! They continue to bill me every month, when they should be refunding me the money! The staff is not good at communicating, they never re
Do not place your loved ones here, their room will not be cleaned properly and the employees will use their bathroom!
I came back to the Meridian because of the staff. They treated me like family, and I need that. I am excited to move in, as I have had some health issues, and I am looking forward to having help and support. Thank you Meridian.
The fireplace in the common areas! Was a plus! The apartments are large to fit my furniture. The people here are friendly and helpful. This was more like a home !
The staff and caregivers were friendly and helpful. I did not require a lot of attention but there were times when they should have come to the room and did not. The activities director seem to be doing a good job of organizing and giving the residence something they could do.
The residents seem to be happy, however they could perhaps improve on the variety of the food. Yes, I would recommend Meridian at Stone Creek to other families.
My doctor strongly suggested that I cut down on the carbs, so I tried new low carb menu. I ordered the Asian Chicken wrap with peanut sauce (Thai)Wow, wow, wow it was FANTASTIC!!!! Thank you so much, it is a new favorite of mine.!! In the veins of praise.. I must praise you for the pork loin a few days ago too! And of course the Chef [name removed], your lemon fried chicken that you made for our lunch.....was fantastic!! Thanks for all your hard work that makes our lives better!!
To the servers or all your kind gestures to we seniors! Thank You for your Humanity! The new Chef here is wonderful, the food is amazing, loved the Shrimp Stir Fry was to die for. Sooooooo amazing, Chef [name removed] is the best!!
It was affordable, but their attention to detail lacks greatly! My dad seems happy. However, they are very slow to respond to requests and not great at returning calls. My father is on hospice now...it will be days to weeks, so unfortunately our time there will not be long
I really like Meridian at Stone Creek. I went on a tour. The only thing that stopped me was the price and the fact that I could only get a one-bedroom. What I really like there is dining because I don't like to cook. They have a lot of active things, which is why I wanted to go into independent living. I have lived by myself for the last five years, and I don't go anywhere because I don't have anywhere to go. Most of my friends have passed, and the few I do have live way out of t
My mom is happy with her cottage, but hasn't had the best experience with the managers there. They promised several things during our tour that weren't true. Now the cottages aren't even reserved for 55+ any longer.
Head Nurse [name removed] & crew took very good care of my wife during her stay at Stone Creek. Activities Director [name removed] recognized my wife's extensive experience as a church pianist & utilized my wife's skills to keep the commons area lively when classes were not in session. The only caution I would give is Stone Creek doesn't accept Medicaid at all, there is not a spend down. If you need Medicaid within a few years this excellent community is not an option. Thanks to Stone Creek for
We toured Meridian at Stone Creek. It's nice. The little houses are beautiful. They have a special where you only pay $200 monthly for all your utilities. So, that was nice. They also have a free first month's rent, which is good, and you only have to pay a $1200 deposit to get in. So it is a good deal. I wish it has been a little bit bigger. My daughter thinks that we've been a little crowded. It's a beautiful little cottage. They were pretty. They have cathedral ceilings, a
Good food. Activities staff is amazing. They transported my mom weekly to see my dad until he passed. Clean environment. Abundant activity opportunities. Great on site Physical Therapy.
My mother will be moving to Meridian at Stone Creek. She would be in the assisted living facility with minimum care. The tour we had of it was great. Everything was pretty basic. When you walk in, there's the foyer and the office. We were shown the salon, which is important for my mother. We were told that she could receive podiatry care and dental care there. They showed us the dining room, and the fireplace room where they gather for things like karaoke and games, and other things. They s
The first 20 days, the food was almost inedible. I gave my notice to leave about 45 days from the time I moved in. For that big above facility, the administration was inadequate. About 2 weeks after my notice, the food improved, and it looked like they were trying to make the environment a little better.
The facility was very clean when my mom moved in, but they've had a lot of turnover and although it's still a nice facility...it's not as clean. Same for the food, it's hit and miss. That said, my mom loves living there, she has lots of friends and stays active.
Our experience was quite different from the time we signed the paperwork to when my mom passed. The ratings for each category at the end are different - 1. 2, 2. 4, 3. 2-3, 4. 2, 5. 2, 6. 1, 7. 2, 8. 2-3. Had changed from the beginning to the end. At the beginning it was great; at the end, things were lacking. 2. Cleanliness remained fine. The rooms were beautiful and I wouldn't have minded living in one of the rooms myself! 3. At the beginning there was an atmosphere of friendliness and warmt
Meridian at stone creek is a very pleasant home for the Elderly. I have been living here for four months and have no complaints. The staff are very helpful and courteous. They go out of their way to help with any problems we may have. The residents can make Doctor Appointments two days during the week and a bus is provided to deliver them to their appointments. The bus also provides an appointment schedule for outings, such as grocery shopping and et. There are many social activites that t
-0 on all!! 1 ).... This place was a total disgrace to say the least & they did Not even clean as they promised before I moved in !! I had I believe it was 6 weeks before I moved in & was a dirty mess !! I didn't feel at all welcome when moving in when I had problems & went & told them nothing got done & was told the gal who hired me was no longer there either !! 2) .... It was Not clean as promised. I should have gone back over 2 days before my move in & checked but was packing & busy aside f
Meridian at Stone Creek was nice. However, their ratio wasn't good. The price was very economical, which was nice, but the location was the biggest problem there. People would have a hard time visiting my mother-in-law there. There's lots of construction going on right now, and it was just a nightmare getting there. There were three of us that tried their food. I was there with my daughter and my sister-in-law. When we ordered, each time they came back, and to each of us, they said, &
My experiences here @ the Meridian At Stone Creek thus far has been a blessing. There's been a few hiccups, but there are that no matter where you go. The Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly, hospitable , and caring about the residents. If there are any challenges they try and make it right or fix issues. The food is great, but unfortunately I can't eat a lot of it because of my surgery, but that's on me and not the Chef's fault. They have plenty of activities and outings
After 1 year in residence at Meridan At stone Creek I have seen significant organational and operational improvements in every department's functioning. I strongly support the " new/present" department heads. They have improved many many things.
My dad moved in a few months ago. The price was good compared to other memory care communities. The facility is laid out nicely and rooms are big. Semi private rooms are especially nice because even though they share a bathroom they have their own entrance to their room. The help has been the hard part. They have struggled with employment and consistency. Many times residents are unattended or when an employee is present there is little to no interaction with residents. There aren’t regular act
We toured Meridian at Stone Creek. It was beautiful. It was kind of fancy, and that's not what my husband would have liked. It was not a comfortable homey feeling at all. For our needs, I would give it a two because it is just too fancy. They had a beautiful dining area, a couple of different ones. The maintenance and upkeep were just tremendous. It was a pretty place.
We chose Meridian at Stone Creek for my brother because the people were nice. The place was laid out nicely and my brother liked it. He needs memory care so we got him on level one memory care. He doesn't eat tofu, but they had tofu chicken soup and he said it was delicious. They have little card games and trivia games. His apartment is nice. They have a big window on stuff. He has to share the bathroom, the shower, and stuff, but he is friends with his neighbor. They just redid that area
I needed to move my mom into Meridian at Stone Creek while also dealing with my stepdad being in and out of the hospital and nursing facilities at the same time. [name removed] worked with us through the application and move-in process. She is incredible and truly made the process as easy as it could have been. She went above and beyond more than a few times making it possible for my mom to move in with the least amount of effort and in a very short time frame. Her apartment is very nice, very
Unless management has changed, this is not a safe environment for your loved one. They are a no lift community so as your loved one ages, they will not be able to get them out of bed and into a wheelchair. They do not disclose their limitations so there is no way of dealing with people who end up with physical limitations besides to let them lie in bed and grow bed sores. All of these establishments go through managerial and staffing changes and the phase that they were in when my dad was bein
My mom is a resident of Meridian at Stone Creek. They're just very understaffed, and the management there keeps cutting staff. I don't feel my mother is getting the care that she is paying for. I have to shower her when they're supposed to be showering her twice a week. I wish they would shower her more because she's incontinent, but that's not happening. They've also had cleaning crews quit. So, now I have to go and clean my mother's room. They've been ha
Birds dropping taking over outside entry...washed daily don't sit in chairs Staff turned over month after we arrived Memory care huge area, staff minimal. Phone answered sometimes Get out before 8pm or you may get stuck inside
It's been a little confusing with the staff turnover, but generally fine.
I guess it's fair to say that I have mediocre feelings about Meridian at Stone Creek. One always hopes that their loved ones will get super good care. This place is busy and they do the best that they can, I guess. All the hype about activities was just that, hype. The staff are nice people, it seems, but there's a limit to how many dirty diapers one can change without getting jaded. The price is crazy high, but isn't it everywhere?
Extremely poor & overwhelming for anyone to gave to be put in & thru!! Absolutely so filthy I've only unpacked a very few things I knew where to find. The rest I refuse to expose to this filth to use !! The young gal who is the "1" & only one at this whole place has told me so many times they don't supply her with the cleaning supplies she needs & that there is absolutely no way she can do this all by herself. I went & bought her several things to clean some here & then I said forget it a the wh
We toured Meridian at Stone Creek. The dining room was very nice. We liked the food, and we stayed for lunch. We liked everything about it. We especially like the cottages because they're very large and I have pianos, I have family history, I have all kinds of things, it's hard to get rid of. And a one-car garage and we're still driving. The staff, we've had two of them. We've been there twice. They were both very, very good. I think I liked the second one better, but t
It was good initially but went downhill quick. Too much overturn of employees and the food end up being not so great. I think the biggest thing was that the staff turnover was big and ended up not being friendly. The room itself was good.
My parents moved here in July 2023 and in the beginning things were decent. Food was good, activities and services were all positive. That lasted about two months and things have gone downhill since. Massive staff turnovers. The Chef left, the menu options are minimized, they are constantly out of food options and residents are not given alternatives. Not offered a lot of fresh fruits and veggies at all. The housekeeping service is minimal, they will vacuum and wipe down the bathroom. Tur
My parents are in the Meridian at Stone Creek. It is a decline in the level of service. And just the fact that they've had 11 directors there in seven years, tells me that things are in very bad shape. There is poor and inconsistent management. There are buttons in each cottage that when Mom and Dad moved in, they needed to press by 10:00 am. They don't. Nobody cares anymore. They don't follow up with that. They still do some activities, like groups going out to lunch. And there&a
DO NOT put your loved one here. All though most of the staff is great the decline in the up keep of the facility is deplorable. There hasn't been consistent hot water since at least January 2024. Phones in units don't work properly for at least 1 year even though when we tell them over and over. So not sure if emergency call buttons actually work. this week they had pipes burst. With the possibility of residents being evacuated. The kitchen staff is boiling water to wash dishes. The rent went u
The items I rated lower than the best here are the reasons: cleanliness is basically because of the consistent and bothersome bird poop at the entry way, quality is rated at four because sometimes it is difficult to know who to talk to when I have questions and I seldom get calls back when I leave messages. Food rated at 3 is from what I've seen in the memory care area does not seem to be the same level as what they serve in the dining room. That could be partly a memory care issue not really s
My loved one was previously a resident at Meridian at Stone Creek and our experience was poor. My suggestion to others: make sure that they are doing all of the things that you are paying them to do to care for your loved one!
Over the course of 6 mos this place has gone from great and clean to suffering staffing shortages resulting in unhealthy uncleaniness and restaurant server shortages. Big personnel turnover. Hoping for changes for the better soon
My mother-in-law has moved into Meridian at Stone Creek. The grounds are beautiful. The whole facility looks like a lodge, but it's very warm and inviting. The rooms are very spacious. Each has their separate room and a shared bathroom, so they have their own private space, and that was a selling point for us. The staff has been very, very good, and very attentive. If we have questions, they've been great to answer, and at times they even called us, which we appreciate. There are so ma
We are choosing Meridian at Stone Creek. Doreen, who was in charge of that thing, spent a lot of time with us. She showed us everything, speaking about the whole place. She even went out of her way to show us a cottage where she thought that our dogs would be the most comfortable, as well as us, which we appreciated because we don't want to have to get rid of our dog. They were all very friendly and all acted interested in meeting us. We did look in the dining room, and it was very hospitab
The staff at Meridian at Stone Creek kind of took us through a walkabout on independent, assisted, and memory care. It was a nice community. It's just their price is a little high for our budget. If people have a lot of money, I'm sure it's OK. I only had one gal who walked me around and showed us different units and stuff like that. I did see some people moving around, interacting a little bit, not just sitting in their wheelchairs looking at the ground. The staff during the tour
Doreen was a fabulous host. My mom and I really enjoyed our tour. The Meridian is so pretty and has fabulous activities. We hear they have the best food! I left hoping my mom chooses this fabulous senior facility.
Mom dug her heals for 2+ yrs, 84 a widow for 4 years, independent and still driving. Mom had in her mind nursing home when we broached the subject of a senior community. We thought this summer we would ease her into the thought of a senior living so we made some appointments to visit afew. Hmmm the first two gave me a nursing home vibe, we didn’t see anyone milling around there was a person doing a puzzle. Ugh not a place for mom. We walked into The Meridian at Stone Creek not what we had visi
Meridian at Stone Creek seemed dark. It didn't seem like there were as many activities going on as the other place. We witnessed many healthcare staff members throughout the building though. The one thing that I didn't care for is that the assisted living and the senior living were combined whereas with the other place, it's separated a little bit. The room that Meridian wanted to give my mom is classified as assisted, and if it's classified as assisted, they don't have
Upon entering the facility, the home feeling and friendly staff. The cleanliness and the way they talked with my father and not over him was too wonderful.
My daughter brought me to this place in hopes of finding me a home and new friends. I liked the people, the inside of the building, the place did not stink.
Scheduled a tour for my mom because we just want her to be happy and well looked after. The staff are amazing and the facility smelled amazing. Even the residents seemed very friendly and happy.
Today my husband and I enjoyed an informative tour at Stone Creek in Milton, WA. We were shown a bedroom for assistance care and a bedroom for memory care. Our tour guide, a director, was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering our questions about residents and their placement in this care facility. We have a 94 year old relative who may need to transfer here from another Assisted living residence. We were able to view menus, activity schedules and all areas of the building. The director
We love our weekly concerts! I am soooooooooo happy my mom lives here!!!!! We watched Elvis today. The concerts are always a great deal of fun!!!!!! I am looking forward to an amazing dinner this evening.
I enjoy the new activities in the building. My favorite activity is the morning exercises. I also like to walk the grounds. I like the decorating sessions with flowers. I like to play cards, bingo and take the scenic rides.
Dining area was beautiful Open concept as you walk from place to place. Apt was roomy and not claustrophobic. Kitchen had lots of storage. Lots of community activity's and open for ideas from residents. Pleasant staff.
[name removed] was excellent in knowledge and helping us navigate our visit to this beautiful place! The food was good! Such genuinely friendly staff! Clean and well kept everywhere we went on the property! Thank you for a blessed first visit!
We moved my brother to Meridian at Stone Creek. We chose this place because he wanted to be around more people. We also like it because it's not that far from where his house was. They seem to have really friendly people and some nice spaces for them to use. The day that we took him over there, he had to wait for a little bit, and one of the gals kind of latched on to him, and with another resident, took him for a walk around part of the outside of the facility, so that was nice. The menu l
We toured with Meridian at Stone Creek and it was too far. We also didn't care for the floor plans of the units. The entrance is lovely, both outside and lobby as well.
We did a tour for future living dor our mother. Doreen was excellent. All the staff we met were friendly. Everyone looked like they enjoy their jobs. The facility is clean and the meals looked delicious. This will be one of our top picks.
All of the staff members are very helpful, the food is good and nutritious. The building is nice and kept clean. Based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend Meridian at Stone Creek to other families.
The staff have been very friendly to me and the lunches I have eaten here have been quite good. There does need to be more emphasis on improving the dinner meals. It is good to see activities increasing and there seems to be a wide assortment of things to do here.
My mother in law moved to Meridian a few years ago. She has embraced assisted living better than I would have ever thought. She's involved in activities (bingo, Mexican train domino's, crafting, card making, etc) and outings (plays & restaurants). I've eaten with my mother in law at Meridian at least 20 times over the past, and everything I've personally had has been delicious. They are in the process of getting new chairs for the dining room which will make a great change.
This is a beautiful and clean facility. The residents I saw seemed happy and engaged in different activities. The daily specials for lunch and dinner were on display while I was there. They looked delicious!
The activities are amazing, the album and Rise and Sing following events are fun. Enjoy all of the fellowship with other people and the creativity of the staff is phenomenal. I wish I could spend the rest of my life had such a Place, feels like Disneyland landed in Milton, Washington
Cleanliness got a 4 only because at the front door entry there is often a bunch of bird poop on the ground from the resident birds in the above rafters. Gives a poor and unrealistic perspective of the cleanliness inside of the facility. I do not have a good perspective on value, but do know the the facilities that we toured were comparable in price. Compared to the other sites that we toured this site by far felt the warmest and most welcoming. The staff is all very nice and goes out of their wa
We moved my Mom into Meridian at Stone Creek in September 2022. The staff have been very caring of my Mom throughout her time there and especially so in the past couple weeks as she has experienced a fairly rapid decline of her physical health and will need to add assisted living services next week. The facility is modern, clean, and well-kept, and the apartments are very comfortable. The food in the dining room is good -- it's not an easy task to prepare quality food for so many people, but th
We fell in love with Meridian on the tour, but the cottage was the hole in one that synced the deal! You bet we would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on our experience up to this point
Friednly, helpful staff. Sometimes long wait to order or receive meals. Hosuekeeping is spotty, at best. Sometimes I cannot eat the meals on the regular menu, due to allergies. Thank God for the "anytime menu"! The view from my room is not great, but it is under construction.
Staff are extremely nice and helpful. The facility is well kept, and it seems to have a nice selection of activities added recently.
It is really a great place. The facility itself is gorgeous. The rooms are much larger than others that we looked at. The common areas are huge and there is plenty of room to congregate. They have a lot going on activities wise. The dining area for assisted living is like a restaurant. There is a beautiful bar area. They have a library, a bistro, indoor/outdoor courtyards etc. So much is offered. The staff have all been great. I would recommend Meridian at Stone Creek to others.
Staff are extremely nice and helpful. The facility is well kept and it seems to have a nice selection of activities added recently.
We really love the staff members - they are so friendly caring and we really enjoy their work. It is expensive but the care that is provided for the residents is absolutely great. They have a lot of fun with the activities, the activities director is a hoot. Based on our experience we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.
After viewing several memory care homes in the Tacoma area, the Meridian is the best place we have seen. This is based on the quality of the facility, the staff and care received, the food, and the programs available.
From the minute my family walked in I felt at home. [Name removed] and [name removed] truly help set The Meridian apart from the rest. There is no other place I would want my grandfather.
I toured this community and it was very nice. Cleanliness and friendliness were great. I was looking for a Memory Care only facility, so wasn't the best fit for us. But it seemed like a nice place.
We had toured a few other communities that our loved one did not like and when we came here to Meridian she really liked it so we knew we had to pick it. We do think the overall value is great but we have had an issue with the billing department since day one so that could use a little more organization. The activities are pretty limited on the memory care side so sometimes our loved one gets bored but we do understand just like everyone else they are struggling with staffing. However the staff
I toured this facility and it was good. The staff was friendly and it was fairly clean. Our tour guide did feel a little bit like a used car salesman. Not pushy or anything, but just kind of sales pitchy. It's more expensive than a lot of other options. Our main issue is that it was too far from home.
This is a lovely place. The food is good and the staff is wonderful.
The staff was very friendly. Our first impression was wonderful. It seemed like there were a lot of activities, and the residents seemed very happy there. Our family member received great care. She originally went in as independent and ended up having to have assistance with medication, which they did a great job taking care of for her.
It was more expensive but was a nice place.
My contact has been beyond patient with what is a difficult transition. The entire staff has made us feel welcome and made me feel confident in my father residing here.
Reviewed the premises, very well kept/clean. Excellent premises and upkeep.
The whole staff was extremely helpful getting my mother home from the nursing home and moving her from assisted living to memory care.
Good people, great care, always helpful. They take great care of my grandma. She's been a resident for 6 years and loves it there. They are making her transition from assisted living to memory care as easy as possible.
Staff is great, helpful, and flexible.[name removed] is great! Very satisfied!
The Meridian at Stone Creek is a very pleasant place to live. The staff and residents are caring and friendly. The facility has an upscale ambiance and is exceptionally clean. Resident activities are numerous and varied making for an interesting day.
Everyone is welcoming and friendly. My apartment is great. Can't wait to join this community.
The experience here has been helpful and outstanding. Employees are very professional and friendly. If we ever have a need for assisted living again, I will return to Meridian. Thank you.
The facility is clean and staff are kind and helpful. They’ve been great getting my grandpa adjusted to living in a memory care facility for the first time.
Everyone is super friendly. They really took the time to get to know my mother and make her feel comfortable.
[name removed] and her staff did an outstanding job from start to check in and after. I would recommend The Meridian at Stone Creek to anyone looking for a respectable, trustworthy staff here.
The admin and nursing staff have been great as we worked through all of the requirements my Dad has. I feel very comfortable bringing him here.
The staff has been wonderful to myself and my brother. [name removed]and [name removed]have been great to work with,
I visit Meridian at Stone Creek once a week with [name removed] as a therapy team to bring some smiles to staff and also residents. Every other week, my son joins us to play piano for everyone. We start in Memory Care, and I am continually impressed by the care and kindness of all the staff for those residents who can be easily grow out of sorts without the compassionate care and fun activities and interaction that they receive.
My grandfather in law moved into this facility and Nicole made it the easiest process! She was constantly communicating and telling us how it was going every step of the way. The facility is beautiful and I am beyond happy that we chose this place!
[name removed] was incredibly helpful and they were realistic. They were not just trying to sell us something and were very honest. It's an overall great facility.
Good! Good! Good! Very friendly & nice atmosphere. Food is edible, lots of room especially on the ground floor. Temperature is maintained well.
Beautiful facility. Love the storage in studio. Overall the activities are very appealing. {Doreen} name removed was very helpful, positive and informative.
I am pleased with the care my mom is receiving. The sales staff have been amazing from the first time I visited in December, through my many visits.
Nicole was fabulous to work with when we were considering moving into a cottage at The Meridian at Stone Creek. Her friendliness, prompt response to questions, and finding the answers to our questions was very helpful and greatly appreciated.
I moved here [date removed] and have enjoyed every moment of it. I have met a lot of very nice people and love the surroundings. Enjoy playing bingo.
This facility is my home. The staff i extremely outgoing and friendly. [name removed] gives good hugs.
The staff is very good, helpful and kind. Good activities bingo/happy hour/outings/bible study. Residents care for each other.
I wish they had more card games and board games. It would be nice if the WII bowling could be played more.
I visited this facility with my mom to look for a place for my grandfather. We toured the dining area, the bar (so cute!), the games area, the library, and a demo of an apartment that he would live in. I was really impressed through the whole facility, and very happy that my grandfather was impressed as well. In his words, it is "elegant!" The staff was very friendly as well, which is extremely important to us. They even offered to send us home with dinner for my grandfather so that he
Excellent. Appreciated attention to detail. Exceptionally friendly.
[name removed] was lovely and gave us cookies! I'm not ready for care yet, but this would be my choice in the future.
My grandfather couldn't be happier and I am so grateful for the care he receives from everyone at the Meridian.
I like the size of my room. I like the staff. Took wonderful care of my husband. Only downfall is no stores in walking distance.
I find nothing to complain about.
Nicole has been a life saver. As we were dealing with a very stressful situation caring for an out of state loved one and working to get them closer to family, naturally there are many obstacles to overcome and red tape to navigate. She has been wonderful and steadfast in following through to make sure we could make a smooth transition to Washington. She is proactive, highly responsive, caring and takes the lead to fill in our gaps. She went above and beyond to help make sure the room was ready
I liked Meridian at Stone Creek, and I would have chosen that one, but my husband said he didn't want to walk that far to the dining room. I told him we could buy a golf cart, but it was mainly the location. The staff was wonderful. We had a meal there and we enjoyed the food. We have friends that lived there for a while, and I would highly recommend it. I think the prices were very reasonable and the amenities were outstanding. It's a wonderful facility. The main entrance is mahogany,
my parents have been well taken care of. staff is welcoming and friendly. residents are remembered by name and treated with affection and respect. everyone from director to reception, to nursing staff, maintenance, activity director, house keeping, are caring, professional, and compassionate.
very nice and clean. food is good. friendly staff and residents. the room size is very nice.
my experience at the Meridian at Stone Creek has been absolutely awesome. it began with their sales director. she was and still is an amazing point of contact who answered all my questions and pointed me in the right direction. all and I mean ALL other staff members were very professional and "cool".
been 6 years. carpets need shampoo. breakfasts are perfect. like to see better dinner. things are expensive as is. residents are precious people and lots of good stories.
[name removed] is fabulous!!! I can't say enough about her. she's kind, patient, and truly cares. she took a very stressful situation and made it memorable. she answered all questions, concerns, regardless of the time of day.
The food and dining facility has improved tremendously. The whole staff is awesome. I enjoy being a resident here.
It is a nicely decorated building. The food service should be able to offer residents more choices for luxury accommodations.
Great care staff! Wonderful facility! Great community to live in!
Fantastic service all around. Everyone is friendly and professional. I always feel welcome when I come to visit.
The staff are first class. I may live here some day. The facility is very impressive.
We came in to tour the Meridian at Stone Creek and were met with such friendly, compassionate people. We moved my parent in and they welcomed her with open arms and have gone beyond our expectations to make her feel like a part of the community/family. The food is great (lots of choice). My mom is a very picky eater and she looks forward to meals now. The facility is beautiful, clean with a welcoming feel. From the sales staff, receptionist, head chef, nurses, activities director, to the directo
I've lived here for 8 months and I'm happy I chose this facility. People are great and the food is good too.
The staff is friendly and care about the residents. They do their best to get residents to their hair appointments in a timely manner.
I liked it right away. This place felt like home and is a good fit for my husband who has dementia but still nice for me.
[name removed] and [name removed] were absolutely wonderful, they made us feel comfortable and welcome! [name removed] connects beautifully with my father, she is so attentive and thoughtful. [name removed] is incredible, compassionate, and spends her energy really supporting the process. Beautiful facility!
The staff is friendly and efficient. I like to take walks outside and it’s very safe to do so. I like to play pool there’s always a puzzle out and they always have activities to get us engaged.
I toured Meridian at Stone Creek for my wife, and I thought it was a very, very nice place. It's more like a resort. The upkeep or the cleanliness of the community seemed very good. The staff was very, very good. I saw a one-bedroom and it seemed very pleasant.
The tour guide was great but this just did not feel like the right fit. They were very communicative and followed up a lot and let us know that they would be there no matter what community we went with. Very beautiful in the inside but not really any outside seating or places to go to be outside. The staff were nice but the front desk was not very welcoming and bright. Very dark and could use more natural light for the residents. Felt like my loved one would be lost here.
Meridian at Stone Creek had very personable and concerned staff. The facility was well cared for. There was lots of variety in their activities. They do trips out, so they take them out to go to museums in Tacoma. They have a winery nearby, so they have wine tastings and classes. There are exercise groups and a walking group. We had just a light lunch, but it was good and it was served quickly.
We chose Meridian at Stone Creek for my mother-in-law, and we're signing the lease on Wednesday. She liked it. We toured it for ourselves. We chose two for her to look at, and she really loved it. What we liked the most was that it wasn't set mealtimes; the meal times had kind of a range for the meals. She wasn't locked into getting to a meal at a certain time, and that was very appealing and really nice. It was just very well kept. It's just a beautiful place. It looks like
I toured Meridian at Stone Creek for my wife and it's an excellent facility. I met, I think, two of the staff. The place looked very, very well maintained and they were very friendly and answered any questions I had. I saw the dining room, the recreation area, or the outside area, and I saw the main area. I also saw some rooms and they're clean, small, but fine. I think they do some arts and crafts stuff, and they provide areas for people to get together and play cards and that kin
Our 95 year old mother needed to move from her independent living unit to an assisted living community. We toured three communities and quickly concluded that The Meridian at Stone Creek would be the best fit for our mom. When we walked in, we were blown away by the lodge-like feel. One of the things that makes this community different besides the beautiful building, is the positive and energetic environment. One resident stopped us to sing the praises of The Meridian. Another family member
Beautiful building inside and out. Always very professional staff and keeps our client well taken care of. Thank you!
We have been treated with kindness and respect. The staff is wonderful and have made my brother feel right at home from the beginning. He enjoys his new apartment, meals are great. It is comforting to know he is getting the nutrition he needs and someone is available if he needs help.
Their amazing work and thinking outside the box has given my family piece of mind while providing a safe, clean, nurturing atmosphere for my dad as he continues his journey through dementia.
Great place to live
Visited mom in the memory care unit. Also spoke to the ladies who work in the salon. Have enjoyed meeting [name removed], the care director.
For the most part, I am very happy with the care my mother is given. Very nice place to live.
I really enjoy my whole experience here. Everyone is very helpful and kind. I love this place, thank you.
Very thorough. Leaves bathroom, bedroom and living area in great condition.
Outstanding
Overall my experience as a resident has been pleasant. The staff tries to make us comfortable and to meet our needs.
Nice, clean facility Kind caring staff
Evaluation after about a month living here. (BTW: they have other than Independent living and offer assisted programs as well.) In general it is a comfortable and inclusive community. The food is quite good with a variety of daily specials in a restaurant style service. They accommodate alterations to offered menu within reason. Many activities offered on site and with short trips in area. Well kept facilities with variety of accommodations offered. Staff very friendly and helpful.
There are many facilities in the area but none of them compare with The Meridian at Stone Creek. My husband and I toured a few places before deciding that this was the place for my parents. We moved them up from California to be closer to us and although they've only been here a month they are super happy with their new home. They live in a 2 bdrm 2 bth and find that there's enough space for the both of them. Every time we visit they tell us how friendly the staff are, how good
Have worked closely with family on admitting and has taken great care to ensure my dad was adjusting well to his new environment
It was a great tour and we had all our questions answered. Doreen and Cindy were wonderful
Meridian at Stone Creek was a nice place with a very nice atmosphere. We looked at a couple apartments, and everything was really nice about the place. We looked at two of them, and there was no furniture in them. They were just bare. They're nice, fresh apartments. I don't know who had lived in it before or how long they lived there, but it was taken care of. As for the amenities there, I think they were smaller or offered less there than I had seen at the one other place I visited. T
I went to visit Meridian at Stone Creek. The one thing that strikes me on that one is that it looked like you were walking into a hotel. Just when you walk in, it had the feel of going into a nice hotel. They had like sitting areas, and they had a lounge off to the side. They had like big chandeliers. They had like a library on the right side. The rooms were very nice. They're all kind of standard with walk-in showers and things like that. They have the small little kitchens in them, and th
We had really good care from one of the caretakers at Meridian at Stonecreek. We were gone for a surgery appointment and came back and the room had been spotless. We've never seen it so clean and we were shocked. This caretaker, Grace, came in and we said, "We were so thrilled about the room being clean," and she said, "I did it." She said, "I wanted him to come back from surgery and have everything clean" although he can't see. It was spotless. She even r
I toured for a family member and it was a pleasant experience. They seem to have a lot of activities and ways to stay busy. I have visited a few other places, but liked the atmosphere and staff here. Very helpful.
Doreen, sales director, was so awesome answering questions, and guiding us through the process of care and move-in decisions. The facility encourages meeting people with a variety of activities.
My father is in assisted living at Meridian at Stone Creek. It's going very, very well. I'm very pleased with the care that he has been given there. The staff is excellent. They've always treated him with utmost respect and they're very, very caring towards him. I have not been in there and him go by anyone there that they don't say hi and his name. Anyone, from somebody sweeping the floor to a nurse, the people in the restaurant, any kind of worker there, the gal at th
[name removed] was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, she definitely went above and beyond to help me. The facility was beautiful, very clean and well managed. I feel very confident that this is the best place I can bring my grandfather to
Absolutely incredible support for my Mother. She is 88 years old with moderate to severe Alzheimer's but is high functioning. She has been living at Stone Creek for almost a year. I asked my Mom directly for her comments to include in this review. Her response was "They are truly wonderful here! They really treat me like family.” (Direct quote) She also said that while she is attending the numerous daily activities like Bingo, cards, music, that she can see them providing individual
[Name removed] was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She definitely went above and beyond to help me. The facility was beautiful, very clean, and well managed. I feel very confident that this is the best place I can bring my grandfather to.
We went to see a place called Meridian in Milton, but they're out of my price range. They said they would help me with my VA, but it's just $1600 a month from the VA. It was pretty nice, though. The rooms looked nice, and they're furnished. Every morning I would have to press a button for them to come to my room. The gentleman who accommodated us was pretty good. He walked us around and showed us the rooms. He also gave us lunch to take home. We ate it at home, and it was pretty g
Make sure you read the fine print before you sign anything. The people who live here are great. Maintenance is not very good. It can take a really long time for them to come by, and then they don't do a very good job. Cleanliness suffered a little between Covid and some construction going on, which caused things to be blowing around everywhere. Lunch and dinner are not so good. Breakfast is a little better. With Covid going on, they haven't really been offering any activities, which was v
Just put my father in this facility. Entire staff works hard to make him feel wanted. He came from a nursing home where response times were 1/2 hour or more. Here it is 5 minutes or less. The person I met and dealt with was very helpful and accommodating. My father who is 90 and now blind has not complained about anything.
THIS REVIEW IS MY PERSONAL STATEMENT AND MY PERSONAL REVIEW. After agonizing over the decision to move both Mom and Dad into assisted living as they suffer from Alzheimers and Parkinsons -- we toured various places. We read reviews. The Meridian was beautiful and had a familiar name to Mom and Dad as the neighborhood they lived in previously had a restaurant named the Meridian they visited frequently. During the tour and interview process HEAVY emphasis was put on the fact that
My grandmother will be moving into Meridian at Stone Creek at the 30th of November. We chose it because of the size of the unit and the price. The staff was awesome. She was courteous, pleasant and did above and beyond. It's got a very friendly and very quiet atmosphere. Her room was just a basic room with tan walls, tan carpet, a walk-in bathroom and then there's a little kitchenette in it. Just a standard apartment, it's just larger. It appeared that they looked like they had to
The facility has a good value for the money, The take care of the residence and does a good job with them. The facility is newer and is very clean. We do a zoom call once a week since covid started. I would recommend this community to others
Visit with resident. Everything was good and staff was professional.
Wonderful service and communication.
You guys are great! Thank you so very much for taking care of our loved one in memory care!
My mother is treated very well.
Alyssa and Tanisha are gracious and considerate supporting continued connection with our loved one in memory care during these difficult pandemic days.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. The visiting area has too much background noise (fountain, freeway, trucks, etc.). Possibly move around back of building.
5 star! Excellent! The entire staff are so caring, thoughtful, and efficient, particularly during this challenging Covid pandemic. We (my daughter and me) appreciate ALL the staff who are so good to my mom! XO
Tanisha, our activity coordinator, was very polite and helpful. We had a very nice visit outside with our Dad. He had his hair cut. And Tanisha helped Dad wash his hands before he ate his treat. Topnotch! 5 Star!
The people have been very, very nice to us while we move out mom in.
In general, the staff at Meridian at Stone Creek is pretty attentive to cleaning the community. They are also very attentive to my mother-in-law's care needs. Previous to the Covid-19 pandemic the community put on quite a few group trips and had a good variety of things to do for the residents. The price is a bit high, however, for the level of care they are providing, it seems to be worth it. The food here is also good.
I loved the presentation and the information I was given today. The Relations Director did a great job giving me information and helped me feeling like this was a perfect choice for my husband.
Very informative. Lovely facility.
Helpful staff, great food. Everything nice. Mom will be very happy.
The facilities are great, the staff is better. Everyone we met was friendly, helpful, and answered all our questions. Very accommodating.
Excellent preview and explanations of apt. and community - staff proficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Obviously, after quarantine is over the experience here will be more normal. So far everything is good.
My first day, I am having fun. The coleslaw is good. I cooked for 50 years. Food is good. Care girl is nice.
The staff was very polite and professional. The attention to the residents was outstanding (wait staff talk to the patrons and used their first name). The apartment that we were shown has all the necessary amenities needed to a comfortable home. [Name removed] was very patient and knowledgeable and showed great concern for our needs.
Very nice and clean. Great spaces. Lots of Room for activities.
Good overview of the community. Beautiful building, activity spaces, and dining room. Apartments are well configured.
Very satisfied and am looking forward to [name removed]'s time here.
Staff have tried to the best of their ability to give us different activities, I appreciate happy hour for meeting new friends. [Name removed] (food service director) tires to make sure those who have dietary needs are met. My one concern is our transportation needs at this location it is difficult to get to various stores without Meridian's bus or some have their own cars or family to help.
I loved that there was flexible dining. That way my father could eat at the time of day he wants. There seem to be plenty of activities. I think he would get the care he needs. I believe he would come to love living here after he got over the fact that he could no longer live in his home.
Excellent!
1) Excellent first impression visually 2) Room tour was quite informational 2) [Name removed] is great face of the facility and organization
The care I get from the care staff is excellent! Staff is great! My room is very nice and I like it here. [Name removed]
Really great staff and good food! Everyone really goes out of their way for the residents.
I am enjoying living here. Lots of activities to do, I have met so many new people — love the entertainment. Just right for people my age— keep up the good work!
Excellent place! [Name removed] gave us a great tour. We hope to bring our Mom here!
[Name removed] was very helpful in giving me a tour of the facility and answered all my questions. I loved hearing the music by Elvis. This facility is so clean and I think my mom would love to live here! Looking forward to talking with [name removed] in the near future.
The grounds are well kept and the facility looks as it is well maintained. [Name removed] did a great job in describing the benefits, costs various levels and areas of care, and in conducting a complete informative tour. Prices are competitive. I'm considering moving my mother here. She currently live at [community name removed].
Very enjoyable, clean, choice of meals and times. Bus trips, entertainment.
Awesome! I couldn't have imagined coming to a better place for my needs. This community has so much to offer I could not have chosen a better home. The activities offered are great! All the staff is wonderful.
I have been here since it opened and it gets better— activities excellent, dining room very nice, staff great, food good.
We really enjoy all of the staff and the Executive Director is great! Their attention to our every wish is greatly appreciated. Since the new activities director came aboard remarkable improvements have been made and she gets awesome entertainment.
I really enjoy the breakfast that is offered here. I enjoy the happy hour and wine and cheese offered here at the Meridian.
Friendly people, I think the food is great! I love to sit and talk in the fire side room.
Friendly people, great food. I love the activities, awesome staff.
So many activities offered. I signed up for them all! I love the activities offered. [Name removed] is wonderful I wish there were 2 of him. I appreciate all of the staff!
Great people, servers in the dining room are wonderful, front desk ([names removed]) are very nice and helpful.
I really enjoy the food. The servers are great, they are very attentive to your needs.
Maintenance Supervisor is courteous and helpful, great servers. [Name removed] at the front desk is very friendly and [name removed] she never gets tired of answering all the unending questions!
I like here because it's peaceful, I've made good friends. I also think all the staff is helpful and I love, love, love the cookies.
I love the music on Thursdays. Working with the staff is great they take very good care of me!
Feel safe, great people (staff). Great neighbors.
The Meridian at Stone Creek is a big community. The people were very helpful, they gave us a complete tour, we saw the rooms, and we saw the menu. It was clean. I think they also have cottages, but they're a lot more expensive. The cottages were very nice, and there was a garden between the main building and the cottages that looked pretty nice. The staff was caring, helpful, and respectful. The people seemed old. It didn't look like there were a lot of activities, and it was pretty se
Meridian not for us. No aging in place, if 1 partner starts needing assistance. They are moved to another building, but spouse stays in Independent living, 2 rents.
Took a tour on Sat. the 29th and was very impressed. It was beautiful and everyone was very helpful and friendly. Even though they have an assisted rating for how much care i may require, they can still turn you down. I think it would be a great place to live if you were independent.
We moved to the the Meridian at Stone Creek and its great. My experience has been super. I highly recommend this place. We havent attended too many activities. About a week ago, we had steak, and it was real steak. Today I needed a ride, and they gave me a ride to my doctors appointment as a courtesy to me. That was nice, and the residents are super. We are in assisted living. We live in a 2-bedroom unit and we have one room for our sewing machine because my wife likes to sew and knit. Its a
This place is smoke and mirrors. Beautiful on the outside and looks are deceiving. The food is horrible and kitchen staffed by very inexperience people. They put food out that is the same thing over and over and just call it something different. The vegetable of the day last night was mushrooms, onions and peppers. That is not a proper vegetable side dish. The cleaning is a bit subpar, and not really a thorough cleaning. Residents have emergency buttons but have been told to call 911 as
We toured Meridian at Stone Creek, and that's where we placed our parents. It had everything we wanted, plus it was not overly fancy, and we liked that they had either a button or a necklace alert pendant for the folks. We liked their menus because they were just normal foods and my folks didnt have to ask what it was. They have bingo, movie nights, religious services, and several game rooms with lots of jigsaw puzzles laying around for people to work on. Once a week they take them out to
To whom it may concern Cinco de mayo and Grandparents Days were excellent days with outstanding staff/ servers and great food. Big thank you to Barbara and Beth, they seem to go out of their way for any issues or concerns. The Meridian provides good quality living for our mother. Safe, fun a special place to live. Thanks again The U family
I am a Registered Nurse who’s in laws reside at this facility. The one thing we have learned about senior living options is there is Non-Profit and For-Profit facilities. Non- profit facilities operate on different principles, such as dedication to seniors. For-profit facilities have requirements for a return on investment, that necessitates to keep costs low which can negatively impact a residents quality of life. Meridian at Stone Creek is owned by a For-profit corporation called Pacifica.
The grounds are beautiful, and we have a safe place to walk. They are improving on meals. ED is doing a great job. My main concern is the transportation. Our community is a long way from buses the only way to get to doctors or other places is to drive oneself, family, taxi, or avail ones self of a limited service here with great expense to patrons here.
Very nice people and a nice and clean place.
TV - poor unable to accommodate all Direct TV service/offerings ie "On Demand". Activities - "weak" too much left to individuals Minimal options for shopping - 1x a week must sign up. We are far from other services, RX, cleaners, post office. Family needs to support or you need a car. Some have had to pay to be taken. They do MD trips on Wed within a specific area.
Always dirty elevators, floors, smelly public bathrooms. Prisoner after 8pm. Not close to anything like shopping bus only takes 12 people once a week not enough. Not enough activities. Unhappy camper here!
I visited The Meridian at Stone Creek, and it was brand new. They have cottages around the corner, but they were inconvenient around meals because you have to walk down the hill to get to the building. It was a beautiful place, and I really liked it a lot. They have a 2-car garage, and a little patch of green grass at the back. They have activities. They have a gorgeous dining room, it's very comfy, and cozy.
The Meridian at Stone Creek is an absolutely fabulous place. We loved it from the time we walked in until the time we walked out. It is the Rolls Royce of senior living. It is beautiful and brand new. The staff members and atmosphere were very friendly. It looked like they had a lot of activities. Whoever designed the place was anticipating the elderly people who live there to be very active. They had libraries and poker rooms and a little bit of everything. They showed us a two-bedroom, two-bat
This is a very beautiful property. My husband and I were welcomed and shown around the facility. We are interested in Memory Care for our Aunt. The people there look so happy and were interacting with the staff and each other. The comfort level there is so amazing. I wish I would have known about this place long before now. Looking forward to our Aunt having a wonderful life here.
Having visited many other communities in the past, this is by far one of my favorites. I love the overall look of the community, it is definitely a gorgeous place. Everyone was kind and helpful.
I love the treatment I get from the staff; they are very knowledgeable. I just moved in and I'm very satisfied.
The staff and the residents are fantastic. I’m new here, but I already feel like I’ve known folks for some time. I’m just really happy here.
Love [Removed]. Answers all questions – Finds the answer if she doesn’t know. [Removed] will make you exactly what you want. He is a great cook.
Love the staff! [Removed] at the front desk is friendly. Hope we can keep the employees we have.
I like my friend [Removed] Friendliness of staff (Son [Removed]). Likes the legacies activities. Loves family night.
I like the food and I like the people and staff. I like eating with my friends.
[Removed] are fantastic key representatives of Meridian. They both have trouble shooted all my concerns with [Removed] care needs.
Love the treatment I get from the staff. They are very knowledgeable. I just moved in and I’m very satisfied.
The breakfast meals are fantastic. We have met wonderful people. Stone Creek has what we need here.
I like the food and the feeling that I am being taken care of. It’s just generally a good environment.
I made a lot of friends after I arrived which makes the stay here more pleasant.
I love my apartment and most of the administration. The building is beautiful and we are a big family here.
Friendliness. I like people. It is always nice and clean. I like my apartment. My husband is close by in memory care.
I like my room with a good view. I am close to my family. I get to keep FiFi (my dog) with me. She really enjoys it here also. She has lots of friends. Some of her friends get to walk her. I love the bingo games with my friends.
I like the fact I can get help if I need it. I like the help and are all nice to us.
The staff is nice and no complaints. The food is satisfactory. Have made some good friends. Reconnected with old friends. Like going on bus trips and good driver.
Good friends. I like my room and the people. I especially like happy hour on Fridays.
I like the quietness and privacy. I like the landscaping. Everyone has been very nice even the residents. Even if your depressed the staff make you laugh.
I could say nothing about but good things about this place. I like the food and the people are decent. They take good care of the elders.
Tara and others do a great job of keeping us happy!
Great friendship, good food, clean and spotless, quiet and restful.
Tara made us feel as though we were at home--funny and sweet! The french toast is awesome too!
I love the beautiful hotel like setting and amenities. My requests are generally responded to timely. The activities are good and they are always trying to improve things. I really enjoy the bible study group and love the walking paths.
The building is beautiful, and the walking paths are great. I like the food that I order, and appreciate all the choices. I have a nice connection with the wait staff. My favorite activity is the bible study group.
I enjoy the sheer beauty of the entire campus. The residents/people are more than friendly. For the most part, the staff are doing a good job. The nurse is very friendly and personable.
The Meridian at Stone Creek is very comfortable. I enjoy the relationships that I have developed with the other residents. I think it’s a great place to live!
It’s a nice place to stay, and the help is great. I enjoy the people here at Stone Creek.
I enjoy the people at Stone Creek. The food is generally great and its kept clean. The staff who are running the place are doing a good job.
I like the friendly people. I enjoy playing bingo and the food is good.
I like the people, and conversing with everybody. The art class is enjoyable and the food is good. I would recommend Stone Creek.
The community is clean, the staff are nice, and the food is good. I really enjoy going out on excursions.
The people are what makes Stone Creek so great. The cleanliness is very nice and the food is adequate.
Community is clean. The food is good. I like activities and have a lot of friends here.
Good staff. I am generally comfortable here.
The ladies that work in the kietach (are) wonderful (memory care).
[Removed] I'm happy.
We toured this community for care. We did not feel good with the person that gave us the tour. She did not know that knowledge in the community and was not able to answer a lot of the questions that we had. The community was very upscale and did not have the feeling that we were looking for. They had a nice menu and we can only recommend that other families tour this community for their family member.
The Meridian at Stone Creek was very nice, new, and looked good. They had really nice facilities, which seemed ideal for my mother. The staff was very nice. We were shown several rooms, and one of them had a bigger kitchen and was bigger than the other. It looked like a great place to live. It was beautiful ad had a view and everything.
We saw Meridian at Stone Creek. It was a beautiful facility, like walking into a really nice hotel. I would want to live there myself. The rooms were really nice. They get three meals a day, an assortment of activities to choose from, a wellness nurse, and transportation to the doctor and stores, outings, church, and sightseeing activities.
The Meridian was very elegant. The room was nice too. We saw the common room; it was a lower room, and they were doing games down there. That's also where they eat from what I understand. They don't cook the food there, but they have it brought in.
The Meridian was the most luxurious place we visited. It was almost brand new, the décor was impressive, and the rooms were excellent. We saw the food being served, and it looked very good. It was the second most expensive, but I think it was worth it.
The biggest selling point is the restaurant inside the community.I've eaten there a few times and it's very good. The Meridian is also very affordable for the care they offer to residents.
This is a newer community and it looked nice. The people we met were friendly. They seem to offer a lot of daily activities and they have some nice amenities.
Beautiful facility! As I was waiting for my tour I was approached by a gentleman resident. We chatted for a few minutes. He said he had been living there about a year. He couldn't give it higher praise! "Great staff, friendly residents, good food, and spotless at all times. He mentioned the "Fireside Evening Chats". He said it was always enjoyable and a good size group was always there. I saw several activity rooms on my tour with engaged groups. I was very impressed and will be taking my
Samantha was awesome. We would never have known she was new if she hadn't mentioned it. She made everything easy and was great to work with. Her outgoing personality and understanding made a difficult situation a lot less stressful and easy to navigate. The Meridian really set my mind at ease and made my decision easy to trust my mom's wellbeing in your hands. Thank you!!!
My dad really did like The Meridian at Stone Creek. Of all the places we visited, this was the only one that asked my dad about him, what he wanted, what he was looking for, his needs and wants, and about his life and the changes. Nobody else asked him anything, so he was very impressed with them.
The staff at this community are nice and helpful. The food is ok, however it is not home cooking. They offer a few activities, unfortunately the residents do not get involved in the activities. The community is very clean and I have a nice cottage. I would recommend this community.
My Father in law has been a resident in the Memory care Unit at Meridian since April 2016. We toured several other facilities, and did a lot of research before choosing Meridian as his home. I am a RN who expects and looks for a high quality of care in any health care facility. We have been beyond impressed with the care my father in law has received since his admission. He has been content, calm and happy in the memory care unit at Meridian. [Removed], (Director of Memory Care), and the ca
My Father in law is a resident in the memory care unit, since April 2016. We did a lot of research and visited several memory care units in the area. I am also an RN, and very picky and knowledgeable about quality of care. Our whole family ( me included) have been so impressed with the love, quality and care, my father in law has received. I believe his transition there went to smoothly because of the care he receives. He seems so content, calm and happy there. [Removed](Director of Mem
The community is excellent. The food is wonderful. They offer a good variety of activities. The staff is wonderful. My mom is very happy here and we would recommend this community to other families.
The Meridian at Stone Creek was a new place and like a 5-star hotel. It was less expensive than the place I chose for Mom. It was a cheaper monthly rent, but they charge for things that are added. The scenery was beautiful. It had a patio that went all the way around the building. During the day, there's a coffee bar, so you can come in and get whatever beverage you want. It has a TV room and movie nights. It's not far from shopping malls and very close to the airport, too.
My father likes being in this community. He knows most of the staff and has a lot of friends. I like that it is very clean and up kept. There is a wide variety of food to choose from. They do offer activities. I would recommend to friends and family.
I will give this community the highest rating because they are really great here. Everything has worked out very well for my mother here. All the staff is wonderful and willing to help at any time. The community is very well well-kept and looks amazing. The food is wonderful and the activities are great. Great experience so far and I would recommend this community.
RUN AWAY! Do not even visit this location. We toured on December 18, 2015, loved the place, gave a $2000 refundable deposit on December 19, 2015. We were told the location did not have a state license yet but would have it by the 2nd week of January 2016. Our deposit check was cashed on December 21, 2015. We were told by Dwight on January 6, 2016 to give our 20 day notice at my dad's current Independent Living home and that he can move into the Meridian on the 30th of January 'no problem'
