Excellent experience from start to finish. All five men in the installation crew were professional, competent, polite, friendly. Our floors were protected with drop cloths. After installation, they cleaned and vacuumed work areas, cleaned the windows, conducted a walk through, and we received product instruction. My developmentally disabled cousin spent the last eight years of her life with Highlands Best Care. As her guardian, I never had to wonder whether or not she was receiving the level of care that was required. It was there at all times. As well, both the staff and the owner were instrumental in creating an atmosphere where she felt comfortable and cared for, always treating her with dignity and respect. I am forever grateful to them. Highly recommended!
