Reviews for Choice Home Care
Staff Love It, Clients Struggle
This facility shows a stark divide: employees report supportive management and caring case managers, while clients describe severe communication failures, long waits for caregiver placement (3+ months reported), and staff rudeness including abrupt call hang-ups and dismissive treatment. Multiple clients report being unable to secure consistent care, with one stroke victim describing feeling neglected and pushed to the back of the line, raising serious concerns about service reliability and client respect despite positive employee experiences.
I absolutely love working for first choice, great company to work for, I always put my clients first, if I have any problems, the case managers are absolutely amazing as well! I will work here as long as I am able!!! Absolutely best place to work, 5 stars!!!
