I cannot express how much gratitude I have for this adult family home. My mother received exception care during her stay. The caregivers were amazing and like family. My mom has recently passed away, but I will never forget Fiki and Beth, they were so kind and attentive to my mom and all those who visited. They made every holiday special for everyone in the home. Blessings to all of them. Highly recommend!
They give great care to their residents. I moved my wife there from an Assisted living facility because she needed more care than the assisted living facility could provide. she also need some medical care which could not be done at the assisted living facility. She was in constant pain and have become very abusive to everyone. After a short period of time, her pain levels became better. She also liked the professional care that has been provided to her. The care received by our Mom was phenomenal! As Mom transitioned to hospice care, and got grumpy, the staff handled it with grace. The home is always clean, home cooked meals are prepared, and attention is paid to the resident's individual preferences. Communication is excellent, if the caregiver's notice something is going on with your loved one. They celebrate each resident's birthday, and cook a traditional holiday meal on the major holidays. Fiki & Beth have the best AFH I have witnessed, which is many. I've had several family members in AFH's and this home is far and above any I have seen & reasonably priced. They are extremely attentive & compassionate. My lifelong friend, w/o family close by was blessed to have found Beth & Fike about 3 years ago. She had severe dementia and was bedridden for the past year. The hospice people were surprised at the homes attention to and resolution of any bed sores. Amazing really. It was always a
My mom spent several years at Golden Hearts and was well cared for and loved-and she said so! The last few months she was on hospice and the hospice workers commented constantly about the quality of her care. I have thought perhaps I should sign up now since I can’t think of a more thoughtful, loving environment to live in.
Fiki, Beth and their team of caregivers did a wonderful job taking care of my mother when she was suffering with severe dementia. Their kindness and dedication to her, and to all their residents was above and beyond anything I could have hoped for.
