Great place to call home if you live in the northwest.

My mother is in her 14th year at The Chateau at Valley Center in Independent Living. She loves the social activities, the new friends she has made, and the food is pretty good too. All the Staff is very supportive and caring , not just to my mom, but with her children as well. I can't say enough good things about them. We had a fantastic lasagne dinner at the Chateau for family night! This came with fresh made bread for dipping in the awesome sauce, and fresh green beans. Then we all got cake with berry drizzle and a piece of chocolate! And did I mention this came with wine? The singer was wonderful and had us all singing along! Great service and a great time had by all!!

The staff is wonderful and have taken great care of my parents 💚

We moved my father in after we could no longer keep up with his needs on his own. This has been by far the best move we could have made for him. The staff have been excellent for his entire stay. Unlike some of the other facilities we toured, the staff at Chateau have been there for significantly longer on average, and it shows. My father has been doing better at Chateau than he was prior.

The Chateau at Valley Center was my parents' home for nearly 4 years. The care they received here was amazing and I always felt grateful to have found this community to help me care for them. A family member has lived in the Chateau memory care facility for over four years and I am extremely pleased with the: level of care, cleanliness, and the support of the staff. I have had to tend to three elderly relatives all with different levels of dementia so I have both toured and worked with many facilities. Chateau Valley Center is truly an exceptional place, and I highly recommend it, especially for memory care. My mom who has dementia moved into the memory care unit about 8 months ago and I have been so impressed with her care here. Chateau at Valley Center is the most expensive assisted living facility in Washington. Their extensive care for those who require/need it is really good. Unfortunately my dad couldn't use any of the exercise facilities due to his health issues. They charged him for use of facilities regardless even knowing he was bed ridden.

The place was great, my children loved visiting during their events. Super friendly and all the people were great showing us around and making us feel welcomed. I saw how they really cared for each resident.

Overall it is very good except that they were not a Medicaid buy down facility which is what had asked for. It is very clean and nice. Staff were excellent, very friendly. Care was top notch. Meals were not to my Mom's liking, but she's very particular. My Mom greatly enjoyed the activities. It seemed expensive but relative to the facility and care wasn't too out of line.

I would say the community is geared to lower cognitive functioning. It is not a good placement for healthy seniors with no memory issues.

I have a few clients that I work with who reside at the Chateau and can not say enough on how much they love it there. The staff there is so friendly and all willing to help in anyway they can for their residents. Cindy Serrano in marketing is amazing and Annie the Wellness Director is so great at what she does. If you’re new at this like I am I highly recommend this company to find that perfect place for your loved one. It’s hard to know exactly what to ask as you don’t know much about assisted living and the expenses until you go on a tour. We moved our 91 year old Mom to Château at Valley Center for respite care when she broke her arm. They provided the most amazing care, when we could not. The staff there is not only excellent at elderly care, they are so friendly and warm and welcoming … every single one of them. After my mother decided it was time to sell the house and move into a senior community we visited several locations in Bellevue, Kirkland and Renton. There were many facilities that would have provided a comfortable environment for her. Each location offered most (if not all) the amenities that she desired, such as good food, nice apartments, fitness centers, libraries and more. It should make you wonder why there are no current reviews. I wonder why they have gone through so many general managers and marketing people. The building is clean. The nursing services were less than average, the cost was outrageous, and there are no staff helping the residents in the hallways. You can blow a cannon through the hallways, especially when you need help. The owners should be ashamed of themselves that they do business like this. The owners and upper level management team

My family have our elderly parents living at the Chateau for just over a year. My family held my dad's 96th birthday party in the private dining room on the 11th of March 2015. The staff at the Chateau went above and beyond my wildest expectations providing assistance and support during our celebration. They made for a memorable evening that will remain a memory forever. Kudos particularly to the dining room and kitchen staff. They are awesome!!

They have been doing pretty good so far. It's pretty clean, and the staff is friendly. It was the hardest thing I ever had to do in my life. They take good care of her though. I really liked that the rooms were quite large, larger than a lot of them that I looked at.

We toured several other senior living facilities before touring Chateau at Valley Center. We chose the Chateau because of their warm and caring approach to senior living. Our mom is able to live independently with moderate dimentia and the staff at Valley made it easy for her to transition into daily life.
