My husband was recently in the hospital in very poor health and needed to move to Adult Family Home Care. Luckily for me, Elilta Keleta, owner of Amazing Adult Family Home, and I found each other. She took on my husband with his poor health and did a wonderful job of taking care of all the details around the transition, getting him comfortably set up, and working with hospice.
