It’s the best apartment I have stayed in Seattle area. The location is convenient for the basic life. The most amazing thing is the management team. Eric, Skarlett, and maintenance Eddie were super warm and always put themselves in residents’ shoes. They take care of requests and inquiries in a short time and always find a good solutions for us. All residents here go through strict background checks. It’s safe and happy to live here.
Scarlet and her colleagues have welcomed me with open and highly competent warmth and professionalism as I have started living at Angeline Apartments. I've had some special circumstances making my transition to this excellent establishment and neighborhood. In all respects I felt completely well cared for. I'm grateful.
I am in the process to become a resident at the Angeline in Columbia City. The management staff has been absolutely phenomenal. I have recently returned to Seattle where I worked as a teacher for many years. I taught at Orca School and owned homes in CC where we raised our daughter. Glad to be coming back to the area I love. I lived at Angeline for just over 1.5 years and it was the best apartment experience I've had by far (after living in many across several states). The layout of my unit was so spacious, the building was kept very clean by the amazing cleaning staff's daily work, the amenities were such a luxury to have, the staff was extremely friendly, responsive and proactive, and the other residents were so kind and respectful. The building is clean and well maintained and the amenities are solid. The on site team really stands out - super friendly, caring, and quick to respond.
