The one takeaway is HORRIFYING build quality, don't get blinded by the modern design and staging, the devil is in the details for this builder!!! Harbour Homes has been the builder of choice for several of my clients! Easy to work with & very responsive. Beautiful homes that include main floor bedroom & 3/4 bath! The high end finishes, great floor plans & large lots sold them selves!
I have sold new construction homes built by a variety of builders in the area and Harbour Homes consistently delivers a superior home with a higher standard finish level. All of my home buyers love the finished product and larger lot sizes compared to other new communities and I have had a number of previous Harbour Homeowners who would love to buy another Harbour Home in the future! I have had a nightmare of an experience buying a new home with Harbour Homes. At the time of closing of the house there were several issues many of which have not been resolved to date. The experience interacting with your associates (site supervisor and inspector in particular) have been appalling to say the least. I deeply regret buying a home from your organization putting my life savings into it. It's been a month since we moved into the house and the main door came off the hinges while open
