Well-Meaning, Inconsistently Executed

I called to find a place for me and for my 2 small emotional support dogs for a night, they told it's for pregnant women and/or families. What's the point to help single women that are not pregnant. This place sucks don't go there
Called today to ask for help for me and my daughter to get away from Dv. The lady belittled me asking me to repeat over and over again why I needed to get away made me repeat what happened even though she repeated have of it back to me. Worst place or call center to ask for help then told me that it would be up to 2 months before I got any help.
I go to a lot of places like this for my job. Mary's place demonstrates a high level of super for their clients. The people that love there are more supported with supplies and services than any other organization I've been to
I had to come pick my daughter up because a staff member tried to fight her with her son in her hands. I pray they start to screen their staff for mental health issues. These people come for help and shouldn't leave more traumatized.
I took a homeless mom and 4 year old son there and they were able to get a place to stay. Also the mom has been able to get her identification card and help with many different services such as day care, job search, and help to find a home. I'm sure there are many other services that I am not aware of, but what I do know is that Mary's place is awesome and if you need help give them a try. Sometimes they don't have room but keep going there every day and chances are that they will be able to hel
