Reviews for Queen Anne Home Care

Inconsistent Care and Communication

Reviews reveal significant operational and communication issues alongside some positive care experiences. Multiple families report unfulfilled promises from staff, unreturned calls, and administrative failures including lost paperwork and medication errors. One family raises serious safety concerns about unexplained injuries and unresponsive staff. However, positive reviewers highlight skilled nursing staff, effective physical/occupational therapy leading to quick recovery, good meals, and coordinated discharge planning. The stark divide between experiences suggests inconsistent quality across departments.

I have a relative in this unit who is happy and seemingly well taken care of. I am 3 states away and can not financially afford to travel to the center to make sure paperwork for things like disability get filled out by doctors or people promising to do something and never doing it stops. I am doing the best I can and don't appreciate the promises I am given that are NEVER folllowed through with. The calls I return, leaving a message to call back that NEVER get answered. 1. They told me “no” bed pan at night, not allowed, and put me in a diaper! Degrading! 2. Few days in & and am STILL waiting for medical adaptive equipment I require! 3. Queen Anne Healthcare has a very good professional and well skilled staff who are very committed to every patient living in their premises. Patients and residents are well fed and always good looking. They welcome visitors very well and give assistance if needed. I recommend you Queen Anne Healthcare in Seattle because they are indeed professionals. My mom is leaving there after her stroke since February 2023 and yet she feels at home. God bless you!

I found only 2 reviews that were from actual patients and/or their families, which is obviously fake and created by the employees of this facility. The people that work here are disrespectful and totally inconsiderate. They speak to each other is some other language in front of their clients and visitors constantly. I b

My 96 year old grandmother stayed here for 5 weeks following a broken hip last year. The nursing staff are amazing, she was very well taken care of and we were able to visit her often. She got 3 hot meals every day and was pretty happy with them. She had PT and OT multiple times per week - both services were great and so effective that she was back on her feet (with a walker) and back home very quickly! Social services and therapy did a great job coordinating her discharge home and making sure t
