Exceptional Care with Heart
Kline Galland consistently receives praise for exceptionally warm, attentive staff who treat residents with dignity and genuine care. Families highlight the cleanliness, professionalism across all departments (nursing, rehab therapy, hospice, activities, kitchen), and emotional support provided during difficult transitions. The only minor criticism mentioned was navigating the building's layout, though staff helped resolve this quickly.
Took a couple wrong turns trying to find the correct elevator. But thanks to the helpful receptionist, and a number of friendly nurses… I navigated 3 different floors at Kline Galland, without having to drop bread crumbs (or skittles) to find my way back!
The staff are warm and attentive , always willing to assist and help. My dad seems happier and is able to do more care for himself. He smiles more and laughs. He is enjoying the food, especially the freshly made cookies. Thank you

My mom spent her final three months at Kline Galland, and the care she received was extraordinary. From the moment she entered, every staff member treated her with dignity, warmth, and genuine love. Our mom was sent to Kline Galland for rehab and eventually hospice. This facility exceeded our expectations. Rooms and areas were kept clean. The staff were attentive and caring the entire time our mom was there. The rehab unit had exceptional OT and PT staff. They were encouraging and patient as they worked with our mom.
