Reviews for The Home in Magnolia

Well-Maintained Neighborhood Park

These reviews describe a neighborhood park with playgrounds and sports fields, not a senior housing facility. The reviews consistently praise the park's cleanliness, well-maintained grounds, playground equipment (slides, swings, climbing walls), and safe, quiet neighborhood setting. Families appreciate the lack of homeless encampments and availability of public restrooms, though construction may temporarily affect facilities.

Nice, quiet playground. We have visited a few times for soccer games and found the grounds to be well maintained.

Small neighborhood park with ball fields, a playground, and a picnic area. Definitely not the most exciting playground that I have seen but it's clean, in a quiet neighborhood and looks well maintained. Free of tents, most importantly. Public restrooms are open and relatively clean.

This park is wonderful. There are 3 big slides and a small one. There are rock climbing walls, zip line, monkey bars, and a merry go round. My 17 month old had a great time. Plus the neighborhood is gorgeous. No sketchy people or garbage or tents anywhere.

Cute little neighborhood park in Magnolia! They have a nice climber and swing set, as well as a merry-go-round, several sitting benches and a couple of picnic tables as well. Up the stairs, there is a full field for soccer as well as a baseball diamond. There are public restrooms on site, but they may not be open during construction currently as of February 2018.

Decent little park on the East side of Magnolia hill. Street parking, no parking lot. Fun kids playground, open field and baseball diamond.
