When I imagined a place I wanted my mom to live when we were no longer able to care for her at home, I imagined a place like Twin Lake Adult Family Home. My mom received excellent care, and she was genuinely loved. She felt and returned that love, she felt she was home. My mother was loved while living here. When I’d take her out she’d turn back and say to her caregiver “I love you “. Always warmed my heart to hear this. The owner is hands on. She is regularly at the home helping. When my mother was hospitalized the owner came every day to visit her and play her favorite music. My family felt our prayers were answered when we found this gem of an Adult Family Home and will forever be grateful to them for the care they gave and the love shared with our mother.
One of the nicest and cleanest adult family homes in the area! They are situated on a golf course so it is a great neighborhood and great views! Mahe and her husband are the friendliest and most hardworking couple in the adult family home industry. Highly recommend this place to others!
Mahi and her staff have been so wonderful to my husband's mother, who has Alzheimers. We moved her here several months ago from a memory care facility and what a difference. Twin Lakes AFH is always well staffed, clean and fresh and their patients are exceptionally well cared for. They are sincere and genuine in their care for his mother and we feel she is getting the best care she could receive anywhere.
This is a perfect setting for my aunt to reside. It is clean, comfortable and feels like home. The staff is friendly and extremely accommodating. I am so happy I found this home for my favorite aunt. It is located on a golf course with picturesque views from all common areas. I hope my son finds a place like this for me when it is time.
