This place is a grift from top to bottom. My dad lived there for A few of his last years through the pandemic. In that time, He was robbed and taken advantage of because the people that work there knew that family members could not get into the building, at the time. The management does not care. Their motto is serviced with a smile (just nod and agree And ignore until the person/ problem goes away.) They have been sued several times. I always tell people to stay away from any ageis location.
My husband, Brian, moved into Aegis Ravenna in April 2025. After visiting local assisted living facilities in the area Aegis Ravenna was the only facility that looked possible due to its size and the interactions I saw between the residents and care providers which were all positive and supportive. The director, Reza Baharmast, has obviously set the tone from his office for those who care for the facility. I visited often and never experienced any negativity from anyone who worked here. My h

The staff have been patient with my Mom and family members (Mom can be difficult). The facility is well maintained and clean.

My wife has early onset Alzheimer Disease. She has been a resident at Aegis Living Ravenna for 3-1/2 months. I know that she is very well cared for, and that she benefits from all the activities and social connections she gets onsite. The staff are caring and doing a really heroic job protecting residents and caregivers from Covid-19. I visit my wife once a week in a safe enclosed space divided by a plexiglass wall. I appreciate the communications from the staff including phone and email updates

It is good place for living in for seniors and good people and staff and Administration and place is beautiful one of our friends live there they love the place and v nice food
Lots of young students working towards their their path to be nurse, PA, and doctor, motivated and very caring. The community is quiet and next to a beautiful park, it’s super nice to walk in the park.

I toured Aegis at Ravenna and it was a great tour. The cleanliness and friendliness were both great, also. However, the facility cost is pretty pricey.
We chose Aegis at Ravenna at the time because. Aegis has a reputation of memory care, and they do have that available, I do believe some residents in the assisted living part of the facility are waiting to get into the memory care side of the facility. If you do not need memory care, you may run into people who are waiting because they are not separate. Other than that we have had a positive experience here and I would recommend to others who are looking.
