The staff at Aegis Living West Seattle are kind and compassionate making my husband stay a positive time. There is truly a family atmosphere. I am so great full to all of them!

This Aegis Living is in a wonderful neighborhood. It is extremely walkable around there with tons of things to do. The building itself is also beautiful.

Beautiful community in a very walkable neighborhood with markets, cafes and even a movie theater. Longevity in the management! Having the peace of mind of the offering of both a high level of care and secure memory care if needed is so important when looking for a Senior Living Care Community.

This review is for the memory care unit. I have little knowledge of assisted living. The good: Nice facility with some kind and dedicated staff. The bad: Consistently understaffed. This has impacts on services ranging from toileting to laundry to general cleanliness of the rooms. Further, they constantly inflate the amount charged, based on new services that they never perform. It’s a scam - once your loved one is in there you tend to be hesitant to move them, and big corporate Aegis knows this

I am writing this review to share my experience with Aegis Living of West Seattle, where a family member of mine is currently residing. One issue that concerns me is the high turnover rate among the nursing staff. It is frustrating to build a relationship with a nurse only to have them leave shortly after. Rude staff. Hung up on me.

Building is nice, but some of their therapists are awful, selfish, and have no respect toward elders (perhaps due to traumas with their own parents or other mental health problems they have). The office should ensure that the therapists like elders and are in good mental health condition before hiring them. Stay away from this place with their rude therapists and take your parents where they are treated kindly.

The care that is offered by the friendly staff at Áegis West Seattle is the absolute best in senior living. I visited on a day when there was a centurion birthday celebration and the resident looked so happy! Music, balloons, delicious looking food and drink. The residents, staff and family members were actively enjoying the festivities and I was thankful to witness such a vibrant and beautiful moment. Must visit this place before choosing an assisted living facility for your love one. Yes, it is expensive, but the care and service are excellent. We have visit several facilities in Seattle area and Aegis is one of the best. The staff and management are kind, helpful, and caring. The facility is beautiful. There are activities throughout the days. The food are good but can be better according to my mother in-law. That's why we only give it four ⭐⭐⭐⭐.

This is a marvelous place for your relative to live. This community is absolutely stunning. I truly do like all of the staff members that provide care for my loved one. They have activities like telling them the date, history on what happen in the past on this date to keep the residents with current events and memory games.

Has been a great experience for my dad, who has dementia. My sister and I have felt that he's safe and being stimulated and well taken care of, particularly during COVID. The staff is great and CLEARLY really care about the residents.

Johnny did miraculous things to my car!! I was just expecting someone to come vacuum out all my dog hair, but instead he buffed out scratches on my exterior and make the interior look like a new! He spent hours on my car and cleaned every little "detail."And on top of all that, he came to my address and I didn't have to do a thing. I highly recommend his services and I will definitely be a return customer.

My husband, Robert H. Harris, has been at Aegis,West Seattle, since September 24th, 2020. He was home the previous 3 months with live--in home care, due to a stroke, which worked very well. From the top down, Aegis of West Seattle has the best team. The staff is professional and interested in making the residents feel welcomed and loved. Aegis of West Seattle has not only proven to be a haven for my mom, but it has exceeded my expectations. The activities director and the staff go out of their way to make daily living at Aegis West Seattle a pleasure. My grandma is current at Aegis in West Seattle - it has been wonderful for her and our whole family. Their facilities are stunning and they have tons of activities for residents and guests are encouraged to join. Our family couldn’t be happier with Aegis❤️
