great staff my mom loves it there

Staff is helpful in every way and food shows great improvement. My apartment is okay but many cupboards are hard to reach but maintenance staff is top notch. All in all this is a very nice place to live.

Our family friend had a great experience at Park Place - staff very friendly and responsive, good meals, clean and comfortable!

One of my in-law family member moved in The Park Place less than two months ago and we have very good experiences with this facility as well as the services. Staff members are very nice, friendly and helpful. Dining members are fabulous, caring and very concerns. The room is clean and cozy, homelike and welcoming environment every where in this facility. We highly recommended this facility for those who might need assistant.

I've lived here fourteen years, and it has changed quite a bit We used to have a Resident Council, but a previous director eliminated that. Consequently, the small second hand store that was run by our residents and generated income for our pizza parties etc. ended up closing as well. The Park Place dining services have been contracted to an outside company, and the food is still good, but not as good as it used to be. Also, the deli we used to have was closed. Wel I hate to say this but I'm not happy about my mom being there 😭 I'm going to visit and see things for myself but I will be back here to give my rating I can say the lady I talked to at the front deck was sweet.

Before boarding , one must stop here.

Very rude and unprofessional. I called to ask some simple questions to find placement for someone and they told me they were not interested. THEY WERENT INTERESTED. Because I could not give them information about the person. So Theresa, (I think her name was) you are extremely unprofessional.

Awesome STAFFS 😉 Park place is a nice place it’s a place that’s hard to let go :D Everyone treats each other a family so I hope it remains like that.

Staffs are awesome. Administrations are sweet although they spoiled a bit the residents but they dont tolerate wrong doings shout out to Maura (nursing supervisor) and Tanya (administration) they really cool people i hope that they will stay for more years of services because some admins went off. Care staffs such as CNAs and Nurses as of now 2018 are all great workers, theyre trying their best to provide care equally, very helpful with residents family as well. Theres always activities schedule

I have lived here now for about four years and I have written only one short novel since I have been here, about a young man who decides to become a private detective. I have three books published on Amazon and several unpublished books of poetry. I planned to get back to my writing again but have been playing too many games of cards at night. I have made some good friends here, but I should socialize less and write more. The lack of money which acompannys assisted living is rather depressing
