Had an extremely unpleasant experience with Shelly Doran. Her workload is so large it seems she cannot remember what she tells different people, which is extremely frustrating. She ended up being extremely rude, argumentative, condescending and spoke to me like a child “I told you xxxx” uh no, you didn’t tell me any of that as that’s not my situation. It’s also frustrating that because she does this “100 times a Day” daily there’s an expectation that you should have all the knowledge she does.
