Don’t understand why yall are complaining. The staff are extremely nice and doing their best. I love care here and i’ve been enjoying going to them. The one complaint I have is the wait and the lack of parking but you’re going to get that at every doctors’ office. Highly recommend this place for care.
Had two appointments cancelled by this clinic that I took PTO for same-day due to a clinician "unexpectedly being unwilling to perform the procedure" that they told me they could do when I made the appointment SEVERAL months in advance and then due to short-staffing. Worst clinic EVer the old lady at the front desk was super rude and incompetent. All I wanted was a pregnancy test done and she couldn't even make that happen
I was desperately trying to fix the problem situation their receptionist created. They didn't answer the phone call from my insurance for 20 minutes so I drove down to the building. The reason the phones weren't being answered is the director was chatting up all 3 receptionists at the same time. She tried to touch me without consent while I explained my issue and demanded an explanation. Their excuse is that they made a mistake and decided to cancel my appointment an hour before it should happen
If there were zero stars they'd receive this rating. I always arrive early for appointments as is their policy and still end up with a 30+ wait to be seen. Understanding things run behind and they're a busy office usually I just sit patiently. My last visit I was one of 2 people in the waiting room and arrived ON TIME. A man walks in 30 min early for his appointment asking to be seen earlier and they check with the lab technician. Mind you I'm also there to get lab work so it's the exact same ap
