Justin Navarro is truly one of the most compassionate and attentive. He treats every resident with dignity, patience, and genuine kindness. You can tell he really loves what he does. Justin goes out of his way to make sure residents feel safe, respected, and cared for — and he always brings a positive, comforting energy to the room.
I would like to leave a review for river iew manor! My children’s grandmother has a room there! She’s absolutely and wonderfully taken care of! Justin N is probably the best person for the job. He is kind, caring and gentle with th residents. He is compassionate and 100% committed to his job as a caregiver aid! I was in there just the other day to take the kids to see their grandmother and I was impressed by his level of patience, understanding, and empathy towards the residents!
My experiences with this facility were amazing! All of the staff are lovely and provide each resident with respect, love, dignity, and patience! Stephanie, the office manager is especially wonderful and greets everyone and treats everyone with kindness, and is overall a wonderful employee, who truly shows genuine compassion and is amazing. A wonderful facility indeed!

I can not begin to express our gratitude to the staff at this facility on the care they provided our Mom. Melanie, Misty, Megan, Jat, Jasmine were FABULOUS! If we needed something for Mom they were there in a heartbeat. I would pick them all personally again and again. I would highly recommend this facility.
