I’m writing in response to Tammie’s C. review on Sat. the 18th. Tammie is a relative who loves my mom who has been at SHC since 8/23. While visiting with my sister on Saturday she became concerned and wrote this review in my opinion without careful consideration and against our family’s wishes and consent. Even though Tammie means well, it is not an accurate representation of our immediate family’s views. As POA for my mom I spoke directly with Samir who runs the home about Tammie’s concerns and

I came to see my 95 year old aunt. She was down in bed and turned. They got her up for a shower and only had a towel covering her. They took her through the dining room room into the bathroom. I could see both of her hips and so could anyone else that saw her. She has dignity and deserves respect. They should cover people with a blanket so they are completely covered. When she’s in her room they move her table so she can’t reach anything and she ends up with her call button in the closet. No res
I see them working hard. I'm impressed with what they did with mom's room. We are new to sunset care. We hope that everything is going well.
