the rooms were very small here. We didn't care for the feel of the community. It was too expensive for our loved one.

I have made my home at Fieldstone West for 18 months. I appreciate living in such a safe, caring and lovely community. All staff, no matter their position, are friendly, caring and make the residents feel special. If problems arise, they are dealt with promptly with concern until solved. If you move into Fieldstone, you will be at home.
We are a couple living in a two-bedroom apartment, the rooms are not large and have a kitchen we do not use, except the refrigerator. The food is reasonably good, so my survey is no one cooks. The closet are not adequate and very hard to use. We came here because my husband has Alzheimer's so the memory care unit will be good. Activities are good, small gym and library good. Administration is excellent and good employees are friendly.
I like Fieldstone and I have been very happy and content here.
The people who work here are exceptional for the most part. They're doing a very fine job despite the restrictions due to the pandemic. The food is generally good. The only thing keeping it from being better is delivery to rooms during the pandemic.
Retired. I draw and paint assorted things in acrylics. I ran the cornhole games. I delivered the monthly calendar to 79 Apartments. I participated in many activities: play Santa Clause 3 years, singing Christmas choir, wore homemade hats with the seniors, pretended birthday parties, Fourth of July band fast, took lost seniors to their Apartments, told jokes, stories, Bible study three times a weekly, cared for blind wife.
She likes it. Nice building the food is good. Housekeeping keeps my room clean. Care staff is also nice..

Our mother has lived at Fieldstone since they opened. She has received outstanding care and attention. It is very clean, and the team goes out of their way to be helpful and kind. Food is wonderful👌 We do not live in the area and they are quick to respond to any questions we may have, in addition they set mom up on weekly zoom calls for us!!!
My mom really loves it there. She has made some really good friends. The administration and staff have done an excellent job dealing with COVID-19 and keeping both residents and staff safe. Could improve on the quality of the food a bit.

When our mother reached the time in her life where she needed more care, we searched for the right "new-home" for her. We are so glad we found Fieldstone OrchardWest. Her apartment is perfect for her, a small kitchen, good storage and a washer/dryer was a must-have. The facility is clean and spacious. And the staff... ohhhh the staff. My parents have lived at Fieldstone Orchard West for 3 1/2 years now and I am so grateful that they are safe and well taken care of daily. They enjoy the many activities, especially cornhole and bingo and they go to the exercise classes every morning. I know that they are being well fed and the staff has treated them with love and respect. I couldn’t have found a better place for them to live out their senior years together!
Prior to the lock down, the best thing I have found in this community is the friendliness of the other resident living here. I think they do a good job with food considering everything. We chose this community because our sons prefer this one. I would definitely recommend this community to other families.

This facility is very beautiful and brand new. The staff members have been exceptional and everyone I come into contact with has been amazing. For activities, they offer things like arts and crafts, games, an in-house movie theater, and bingo. My mom’s room is a studio apartment but there is a small wall that divides the rest of the room from her bed. The food is really good and they have daily specials with a lot of desserts. I would recommend this facility to other families.
