Families appreciate follow-up communication, but current patients describe conditions more consistent with an understaffed dementia facility than a quality rehab center.
My mother in law came for rehab here from Valley medical her medical condition worsened over the last months she needed anti biotics. Alyssa called me to follow up about care with my mother she hasn’t been there for serveral months that shows how much this place cares for their patinet. Mom enjoyed her stay she liked the room she was in. I will ask my family to come here if they need it we live around the corner it is convenient
Very good place! Was on a tour with Alyssa Rodrigo & Christie they were very thorough in explaining the care & treatment my loved one would be receiving & made me very comfortable!
I was sent to this state provided facility. They do not help the patients, they help themselves. If I would have know the condition and pack of caring I would never go here. Never allow anyone to go here. They changed numbers online . Our tax dollars hard at nothing. Close this place. The owner called to find out what happen days he was going into a meeting and calling me back. This never happened. Lots of unkept promises. Didn't believe the night crew they are their fur the money, not a caring
I've been at this facility for a couple of month's and there is one CNA that has stood out. His name is Stephen. He has worked tirelessly, pulling several double shifts due to the fact that they are short handed on different days and for different reasons. I also see how kind he is with my roommate. Even so, he always has a smile and his laugh is great. He has been very professional while working with me and has been very kind. Thank you Stephen for all your hard work.
I'm a patient at the facility. This is a rating for a single aide who goes above and beyond the call. He treats myself and my roommate with dignity and respect, even when times are tough and we're not the happiest of patients. However, I really appreciate Stephen who has helped us out more than any two people combined since we got here. The five star rating is for him, and him alone. On the flip side, since I've gotten here, I've had several instances where call lights / requests for pain
