Age 90. It’s way overpriced for the care I receive Wanted to be moved to another floor, Áegis refused. Summit is the Court Appointed Guardian. Summit, phone calls never answered, emails never returned. How much is Summit,NPR billing for this non- service. Áegis has no medical attached nor do the staff have even basic medical training or will do referrals They use the Bellevue Fire Department for medical emergency only..Have an eye infection, I am concerned.EE said he would notify a nurse. We recently moved our mother to Aegis Living, and we could not be more pleased with our decision. The entire staff is friendly, kind, and genuinely caring. The activities are thoughtfully planned and inviting, creating a warm and engaging atmosphere for the residents. When my mom’s sister first moved here, she was very sick and weak. The care, attention, and nutritious meals she received made a huge difference in her recovery. Now she’s doing much better, getting stronger every day, and she’s noticeably happier. The staff are incredibly kind, patient, and truly caring. We are so thankful for everything they’ve done for her. Choosing Aegis Living was the best decision for our family.

We recently celebrated my uncle’s 95th birthday at Aegis Living and it was such a great experience. Our family reserved one of the large communal spaces and blocked off time during the day so we could all gather and celebrate together. Everything was easy and well organized. Aegis Living’s in house chef prepared a delicious four course meal for our family of 17 people. The main course was salmon and it was perfectly cooked. Like most is friendliness and approachability of staff, excellent activities, great assessment by clinical staff. Front desk staff do such a great job of welcoming everyone and keeping track of many details. [name removed] and [name removed] made getting to know the community seamless. Only improvement would be promptness of meal time service - on multiple visits food has taken up to an hour, no refills on water, coffee.
I give it pretty much 5s across the board. It's expensive but it's high value for the cost. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families!

The Garden Party on Thursday, June 6 was a lot of fun and very enjoyable. The staff did a stellar job providing a delightful al fresco evening!

A special thank you to the dedicated marketing team at Aegis Overlake. Last evening, I visited the community well after normal business hours with a close friend who is considering a move there. I just wanted to have a visual of the location and the lobby, in an effort to be supportive to my friend, as she makes this very important decision in her life. Hands down the most beautiful building. The staff is amazing. The best care, safety and happiness of residents is clearly their goal. I only wish we could have taken advantage of Life’s Neighborhood sooner. Thank you Alice and all your wonderful staff for everything!
We are very happy with our decision to move into Aegis Overlake on May 1. The facility is new and vibrant. The staff is not only outstanding and the quality of care very good, but the feeling of community is also strong and welcoming. If you are not comfortable or unable to continue living independently, we highly recommend Aegis Living Overlake.
